I was shocked and very disappointed that my bed was not made and room cleaned daily. Only new floor mat provided on one day. Having my bed made etc. is why I choose to stay in a hotel and not apartments or Air b&b. The use of the request card should have been made clear at check in. I think staying ...

We had an absolutely amazing stay. Pool, breakfast, room, staff wonderful. Unfortunately the stairs next to the hotel is well used and at night people walking by, was loud like they where in the room.

My second visit to the hotel in two years. It's in a great position for watching the movements in the marina (def recommend a premium room with sea view). So clean with e everything you need. I can't comment on food as I always eat out and for that I can highly recommend places in Santa Catalina ...
