  • Authentic Mallorcan house-palace of the early twentieth century, located in a privileged redial area of Palma, at the foot of Bellver Castle and its forests. The house has been modernized just enough to give you some comforts since the intention is to maintain the original state of its elements and furniture. It consists of 3 double bedrooms, 1 of them with en suite bathroom, 1 duplex room with en suite bathroom for up to 4 seats located in the tower and the master room that has an en suite bathroom and dressing room. A capacity for 12 people. On the ground floor, in addition, full kitchen and dining room. Numerous and spacious terraces both on the ground floor and on the first floor. It has large garden areas with swimming pool, porches and additional full kitchen to service the pool. 2-3 parking spaces inside the enclosure. Upon request, it has a large banquet room with its own kitchen, fireplace and garden area. The house is 8 minutes from 3 golf courses: Son Muntaner, Son vida and Son Quint.

Great Stay!

Susana was so welcoming, and gave us some great suggestions for local bars/ restaurants. The property was amazing, such an interesting house. The rooms were clean, and all the essentials (and then some) were provided. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Thank you so much Susana.

Wonderful stay

Our family spent a week in Susana's big, beautiful house. It is 100 years old and absolutely fascinating. We had a very nice week, lazy days swimming in their beautiful pool and dinners at nearby cozy restaurants. Susana was very kind and helpful. Thanks for a lovely week!

Outstanding host. Outstanding property

This is one of the most incredible villas in the city. It has so much space, easily sleeps 12 and Susana is a superb host who has thought of everything and makes the whole process so easy. I couldn’t fault anything and would thoroughly recommend for anybody.

Ein ganz besonderer Ort

Wir waren zu fünft für eine Woche in dem wunderschönen Anwesen (2 Erwachsene und 3 Teenager). Das Haus ist mehr als beeindruckend. Es lässt erahnen, wie die Schönen und Reichen um die Jahrhundertwende in Palma gelebt haben. Hier wurden sicher rauschende Feste gefeiert und Susana kann von ihrem Elternhaus auch die eine oder andere Anekdote über die prominenten Gäste erzählen, die dort schon ein und aus gegangen sind. Man taucht ein in eine andere, längst vergangene Welt - insbesondere, was die Einrichtung anbelangt. Wer einmal Gelegenheit hatte, den Familiensitz des Versicherungsmagnaten Hans Gerling in Köln (die Marienburg) oder den Alterssitz von Max Grundig in Baden-Baden von Innen zu sehen, der weiß was damit gemeint ist. Es ist einfach schön, dass es so etwas heute noch gibt. Rüdiger & Ines

Best house and even better host ever!

This house is amazing! Loads of space and great location. We were 11 guys from Sweden/Norway/New York that spent a long weekend in Palma and this house was perfect. Susana (the owner) is the best host you can imagine. Before we arrived she answered all questions, she booked padel courts for us, made reservations at a beach club and on our arrival day she met us at the house already at 10am and let us check in early. We couldn't have asked for a better weekend and Susan and the house was a major reason for that. We all said when we left that we would love to come back and do it all over again!
