Breathtaking location and views. Property is beautiful and clean. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Food was pretty good and service at the restaurant and bar terrace was great. Will definitely go again. The only downside is that you need a shuttle to the beach. It’s minutes away and beautiful but not immediately accessible.

Best Hotel in Soma Bay
Our third trips to The Cascades and the hotel to stay in if you're in Soma Bay. The staff are wonderful and the bed super comfortable. Lovely pool, great gym and huge choice of buffet food.

Very bad experience , we regret our stay in this hotel and money we pay there ! - No Cleanliness , dirty bath robe , dirty hair dryer , dirty tables and cups at restaurant . - No water or drinks at dinner ! You must pay money to have water ! - Expedia team tell us that hotel must refund our money as apologizing of bad experience in staying there but no they didn’t refund any thing . - Very rude staff & shutter driver . Not recommend at all .

The hotel over looks the golf course with the sea view as a backdrop. It has a very nice spa specially and the Aquatonic experience is so much fun. The staff were all so nice and helpful and all vaccinated against covid-19. Somabay in general is a promising location with a nice marina and a good snorkling site infront of the breakers hotel

I really didn't go to this hotel because they didn't consider your booking and say they didn't take book from your site and even though they had an email with my booking and another modified email to modify my wrong booking but they canceled my booking even they knew I was arrived to Hurghada from Avery far away place and didn't care about me or my booking in your site so I can't advise any one to go to this hotel and also afraid to make another reservation one your site and this happens again

Very clean hotel. Impressive facilities, Golf, Spa and pools, unfortunately some facilities were closed due to the pandemic. Beautiful beach, fantastic snorkeling and great for swimming. Very friendly staff, they took extra precautions to keep us safe and make our trip joyful.

Wonderful vacation
This is my second time visiting Cascades Hotel and I enjoyed it so much very welcoming and Friendly staff and charming hotel and very clean. Everything is perfect. Beach is super beautiful Food is wowww Check in and change check out so fast and went smoothly. Rooms very big and super clean. At my 1st visit there weren't any entertainment at night this time I enjoyed the shows specially the 2 sisters show :) Highly recommended this hotel to everyone :)

Wer Golfen liebt, ist hier genau richtig!!
Das Hotel ist ideal für Golfspieler geeignet. Ich gehöre nicht dazu. Es verfügt über einen hoteleignen Strand. Dieser wird aller 20 Minuten mit einem Kleinbus angefahren, ansonsten läuft man gute 15 Minuten quer Feld ein durch den Golfplatz und die Wüste. Die Anlage ist sehr schön und sehr gut gepflegt. Das Servicepersonal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Ausflüge sind alleine sehr teuer und werden erst ab 2 Personen angeboten. Das fand ich sehr schade. Da bin ich auf andere Anbieter ausgewichen. Der Poolbereich ist sehr schön und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Es waren während meines Aufhaltes Malerarbeiten in der Nähe meines Zimmers. Das fand ich nicht so schön. Das Essen war okay, es gab sowohl das Frühstück als auch das Abendessen in Buffetform. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und es gab auch genügend Wasser zum Trinken inkl.. Ich war als Frau alleine dort und hab mich zu jeder Zeit sicher gefühlt. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers ist so lala. Es könnte ein bisschen in eine neue Ausstattung investiert werden. Wer Golfen liebt, ist hier genau richtig!‘

Otel personeli çok yavaş ve bazen çok kaba özellikle koyu yeşil tişörtlü restoran Sorumlusu olan kişi sabah erken saatte kahvaltı salonunda heryer boşken masa değiştirdik diye sinirli şekilde söylenr söylene eski masayı kaldırdı ve güzel bir tatilde ve otelde böyle bir tavır çok yakışıksız gerçekten. Daha eğitimi yüksek kişiler olmalı.

Nous avons passé quelques jours aux Cascades. Nous avions choisi la formule tout inclus. Les buffets étaient bien garnis et la nourriture variée et bonne. Le personnel est souriant et au service de la clientèle. Petit bémol pour le minibar qui aurait dû être réapprovisionné tous les jours et qui ne l'a jamais été.

Das Essen war manchmal gut , manchmal schlecht.Service ok, Aber es ist kein 5 Sterne Hotel mehr. Ägyptisches Management lässt zu wünschen übrig.Das Hotel liegt direkt am Golfplatz, das ist das Beste.

Corona im Griff
wir sind Corona und der Kälte in der Schweiz entflohen und das hat sich gelohnt. Die Hygiene-Massnahmen im Hotel sind gut umgesetzt. Man fühlt sich damit sehr sicher. Die Massnahmen sind zwar da aber es wird nichts am komfort eingebüst. Da so viele Reisewarnungen bestehen, kommen sehr wenig Gäste, womit das Hotel aber auch fast ganz Soma Bay sehr leer waren. Wir waren wirklich nur ganz wenig Gäste und wurden deshalb wunderbar umsorgt und betreut. Es war eine wunderbare Zeit und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr freundliches und professionelles Personal. Nebenleistungen wie Drinks, Golf, Essen (falls nicht all inclusive) total ueberzogen, teilweise Abzocke. Der Kunde ist in dem Resort “gefangen”. Transport/Shuttle nach Hurghada z.B. Euro 80 pro Weg, Greenfees Euro 85 plus Schlaegerleihgebuehr 15 plus Cart Euro 30 Golfplatz in sehr gutem Zustand.
