Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
Mon séjour dans cet hôtel a été une véritable déception. Dès mon arrivée, j’ai dû attendre 8 heures avant d’obtenir ma chambre, ce qui est inacceptable après un long voyage. Une fois dans la chambre, la mauvaise surprise a continué : l’eau était coupée, le lavabo n’était même pas correctement fixé et bougeait à chaque utilisation. L’hôtel était en pleins travaux, rendant l’ambiance bruyante et désagréable, sans aucun espace de repos au calme. De plus, contrairement à ce qui était annoncé, aucun restaurant n’était disponible dans l’hôtel, ce qui complique énormément le séjour. Pour couronner le tout, j’ai découvert dans mon placard les bagages d’un autre client, ce qui prouve un sérieux manque de professionnalisme et d’hygiène. En résumé, une expérience désastreuse que je ne recommande absolument pas.
