The hotel is situated in the downtown area of Soltau. Shopping, restaurants, bars and museums are all in walking distance. Access to the entire Heidekreis by car is excellent. Even so the hotel was quiet. The hotel was clean and the service staff was friendly. The furniture and the interior of the hotel were old, reminiscent of the 60s and 70s. The bed was a bit too small for me and the pillow somewhat uncomfortable. Nevertheless, I felt that the cost-benefit ratio was acceptable. Breakfast was good. I would stay at the hotel again.

Small property... I get it... it's not like a big-brand 5-star hotel. Still, I expect some basics. The room smelled funny, even after I aired it out. The radiator in the bathroom does not work. The shower frequently cycled between scorching hot and freezing cold water. The "free breakfast" does not get restocked, so cold cuts that were consumed yesterday would be empty today--no new alternatives, just that spot is now empty. The upholstery is severely stained and worn on the chairs in their "restaurant" area. Also, no elevator, so be prepared to carry all luggage up the stairs! Overall, very disappointing, and I don't plan to go back.

Hotellet skulle behöva en upprustning. Priset står i relation till vad man får. Hotellet är rent och sängarna är bra. Frukosten är jättebra. Ett perfekt hotell för en övernattning på genomresa.

Personalen i receptionen var väldigt trevliga och hjälpsamma och pratade bra engelska. Fläkten i rummet var dålig och högljudd så det var väldigt varmt i rummet. Kunde varit tvål på pump i duschen.

Pænt og rent, god pris, vi kommer gerne igen!

Privat rejse med min kone, hotellet er gammelt og nogle vil mene, det trænger til renovering. For os var det perfekt, der er pænt og rent overalt, betjeningen er super og prisen er helt rimeligt.

Für eine Nacht ok

Sehr alte Möbel, es war auch zudem sehr hellhörig. Das Bad war schon eher nicht so meins. Hab da auch nicht duschen wollen 😂 Wollte in den Heide Park und dafür war’s ausreichend. Frühstück klar aber sehr angenehm.

Ein schon etwas älteres Hotel , das aber liebevoll renoviert ist. Das zugehörige Restaurant kann ich nur weiterempfehlen. Frühstück ist sehr gut. Hier stimmen Preis und Leistung !!!

Positivt er beliggenheden. Hotellet er total nedslidt, ramponeret, beslidte gulvtæpper med huller, værelserne er et levn fra 60'erne, bare uden nogen form for vedligeholdelse eller opdatering. Burde omgående rykkes ned og bygges nyt.

Zimmer sind ziemlich alt und runter gekommem. Frühstück war nicht sehr gut. Die Brötchen waren steinhart und kaum zu essen. Schade, das Hotel hat auf jeden fall Potenzial. Sie sollten mal alles sanieren und dann wäre es sicherlich ein tolles Hotel

Das Haus ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Möbel alt, mein Bett kaputt. Hat mein Mann repariert. Das Bad mit alten Fliesen hatte Charm, wenn die Fliesen heil gewesen wären. Die Duschkabine rottete so vor sich hin, dem Alter geschuldet. Es war eine Notlösung, mehr nicht.
