"With no advance warning, we were told our rooms had water damage, so we were moved to another hotel SoltauerHof which was cold, pretty empty and our rooms had work n and scaffolding outside General disrepair and facilities closed Few staff No offer of discount"

"Wir würden sehr nett empfangen. Das Haus ist super für 5 Personen. Die Betten waren schon fertig und Handtücher brauchten wir auch keine. In der Küche kann man richtig kochen, das ist nicht immer so gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gern wieder."
