From November 1- April 15 please be aware that the Utah Department of Transportation and Town of Brighton rules about canyon travel require snow tires (3PMSF) or chains to make it safely up the canyon and to the home. Snow plowing is provided by Solitude and intermittent. Cottonwood Lodging does not have control over snow plowing. DO NOT TAKE UBERS OR LYFTS TO THIS PROPERTY. Please plan to check in by 8pm to avoid unplowed roads if it is storming and note that this home can accommodate ONLY 2 vehicles.

Welcome to Three Bears Hideaway at Solitude! This spacious townhome provides ample space for up to 10 guests, with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The open floor plan on the main level makes it easy to enjoy time together. This home features amazing views of the slopes, hardwood floors, 2 wood-burning fireplaces, free and fast WIFI, and all the comforts of home. Enjoy access to Club Solitude's amenities (including shared hot tub, heated pool, exercise and game rooms). PLUS YOU HAVE A PRIVATE HOT TUB AT THE TOWNHOME!

Great place with good amenities

This was a great place for a ski trip. Easy to get to the hill and the shops. It was well appointed with items for kitchen and basic spices, trash bags, coffee filters, soap, etc. Would rent again!

Great Retreat!

We’ve stayed at many places at Solitude over the years and have been to this unit before. This property has recently been upgraded with a new private hot tub and towels. The bedrooms are well appointed and comfortable, the bunk room was a huge hit for our kids ages 5-10. We would stay here again and again!

Great home, plenty of space for large group or 2 families!

Great home, walking distance to Solitude, less than 10 mins to Brighton, pool/hot tub access! Only negative about the house a house is under construction in front of the house and blocks the views of the mountain! This really affects you while hanging in the hot tub on the deck

Amazing place in a magical mountain setting!

We loved this incredible mountain house we stayed at with our friends and our kids. It was absolutely perfect! The scenery surrounding the house was breathtaking, with stunning mountain views and lush forests that made us feel completely immersed in nature. The house itself was beautifully maintained and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, the living spaces were cozy and spacious, and the bedrooms were very comfortable. The hot tub was definitely a highlight. Our kids loved the space to run around and explore. It was the perfect getaway, and we can't wait to come back!

Best deal for a summer stay in Solitude, UT

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this rental for a brief summer stay in Solitude, UT. Really impressed with the space, how many people would comfortably fit w/so many bedrooms & beds, and the amenities of the townhome (we didn't need to bring any toiletries, etc). We didn't get to use the resort facilities (no time). Beds super comfy, staff super nice via text! This is on par with an Airbnb rental that has some check out requirements (take out trash, run dish washer). The only negatives: cleaning was not on par with other places we have stayed at (definitely could be better w/dusting, mopping), and there is no AC as it seems is the norm here but it was pretty hot during the day in the summer (81 deg inside). I would def stay again and use Cottonwood Lodging but would use the grocery delivery service in advance of stay as we found out after the fact that there are no grocery stores in Solitude & very limited food options with limited hours that are quite pricy.

Solitude lives up it’s nickname “sorry dude”

Overall, we appreciated the amount of towels and soaps and bathroom amenities. The kitchen was well appointed, but the lower rack of the dishwasher was too small to rise above the spinner, and therefore was unusable.. this obviously couldn’t be fixed during our stay. Lights were out in both bathrooms. The capstone, however, was construction workers hammering at 10:30 AM on the outside of the bedroom walls, unaware that we were staying in the property. My husband leaned out the window and asked them to please return on Sunday after we check out. All in all I don’t think I would rent this unit again. One more thing that was strange was after we used the code we were given initially to enter. It never worked again and we just used the hang tags that were inside the unit to get into the unit. None of this was explained, but we figured it out.
