"I was very disappointed in many things: they charged us twice for breakfast, we arrived for wine hour at 4 PM, and they wouldn't serve us. At both check in and check out I was told I had no charges and then they charged me extra. When I called it took three calls and 20 minutes on the phone and still don't have an answer."

"The whole building was a little run down including our room. They allow pets to stay there which was fine until we had to go to sleep and the person staying next to us had her 5 dogs barking all night long. There was a leak in the roof and all they did was put a towel on the floor to soak it up. The water pressure in the showers wasnt the best either. We probably wont stay here again"

"The room service was the worst. Ordered chicken noodle soup. When it arrived it tasted like it came from the can so I called the front desk and to tell them this and asked why it tasted unseasoned. I was told that it was from a Campbell soup can which absolutely threw me. "

"The bathtub was plugged and wouldn't drain as I showered. It was also very noisy .... especially airplanes."
