"It was a wonderful stay in the large loft managed by the hotel. The loft was a good size, and it accommodated my family well. We did the paid breakfast, and I told them we would probably grab a vegan croissant for my dairy free daughter, and they got one for us for her to eat at the breakfast! Very kind staff who went out of their way to insure we had a good experience! "

"The hotel was lovely! Perfect location! Easily walkable from the parking garage, piazza bra, and tour bus pickup. Had plenty of outlets for charging devices. Breakfast was delicious and well worth the extra 10 Euro. They have a lift. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. And this hotel was Inexpensive! English was well spoken here, which held us a lot. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Very clean. "

"The hotel was beautiful and had a contemporary feel. The food at the restaurant was excellent. We had to leave at 5am due to an early flight. The gentleman at the desk in the morning, was very accommodating, and offered us coffee. They also provided us with a breakfast snack bag, to take with us, since we were too early for the complimentary breakfast. I would highly recommend, we only were there at the hotel for 12 hrs. The hotel would be our first choice, if we were in Verona in the future."

"Our third stay at the wonderful Lefay Spa overlooking Lake Garda. Still cannot get used to the stunning view over the lake, it's quite something. Love this place so much, it is truly restorative for the soul and mind. Staff are quite wonderful, the Gramen Restaurant outstanding, especially as there is a tasting plant-based menu available (very rare). Our only gripe is the Limonaia restaurant where it's a struggle to find plant based dishes on the menu, plus the wine list by the glass is poor. Otherwise, superb facilities and ambience."
