We really enjoyed our stay here. Owner was responsive to our only issue (couldn't get the grill going, probably user error!) and we were able to get it working. Hot tub was amazing. Loved getting to see the cows whenever they grazed by behind the yard, the baby was the cutest.

Clean and spacious country home

The house was clean and spacious. The owners were easy to communicate with and were responsive to our needs. It was perfect for my parents, who needed a bed and walk in shower on the first floor.

AppleView weekend

We enjoyed our time at the farmhouse! Beds were very comfortable. Hot tub was enjoyable. The fact that it was handicap accessible was fantastic as one guest recently needed the use of a wheelchair . She was also able to enjoy the patio with all of us. She was also able to navigate the downstairs easily. Thank you for an amazing weekend

Family Reunion

We were in town for the weekend attending a family reunion in Sodus Point. The house was exceptionally clean and very spacious. Very nice amenities. Would definitely recommend it to others.

We enjoyed our stay, however there were a few things that could easily be improved: The pillows were poor quality - foam chip pillows that seem to have gone through the washer and dryer. Some pillow covers had sweat stains on them. The mattress protectors did not look like they have gone through the laundry with the sheets but should have. The shower curtains and liners were very dirty at the bottom and should be replaced. Overall, though, it was a nice property that just needed a few touches of extra attention. If the cleanliness details mentioned were addressed and improved, I would give the property a 5-star rating.

A family wedding and a relaxing stay

Apple View was a charming home. It was our base for attending a family wedding in Phelps. We also had the opportunity to travel to Sodus Point and enjoy the lake and dinner at one of the many restaurants. Apple view was clean and comfortable. Three full bathrooms made getting ready for the wedding easy! We had a wonderful stay.

Quiet and Comfy

Great property on less traveled road. Three generations of 5 adults from our family stayed for 3 nights and had plenty of room with comfortable sleeping. Nice kitchen with basic supplies for cooking with flat top grill outside which we used nightly.

Great Country Getaway

It's a beautiful home. Big kitchen to cook and have family fun time. Nice sitting area outside back yard along with a wonderful hot tub. Nice place to take walks and a beautiful view with apple trees all around. We really enjoyed our stay may rent every year if available. Thank you to the owners

Relaxing Vacation

Beautiful, quiet location surrounded by orchards that is easy to find. The house is nicely updated inside and outside. It has everything necessary for a relaxing stay. The highlight for almost everyone was relaxing in the hot tub at the end of busy days. The house was handicap accessible and very convenient for our grandmother who has very limited mobility.

We were so amazed with this 3/3 bedroom country home, it accommodated our family of 6 very well, for my birthday weekend our party guest were also amazed by the indoor seating and outdoor space,grate for outdoor activities, they also had more them enough supplies and essentials for us to use, it's definitely a must book again In the near future, the jacuzzi was a Plus. Mini Vacation

My family stayed here for a mini vacation and had a great time. The house is spacious and nice. The kids had a kick out of the cows next door. Hot tub was perfect for a relaxing night. Only this we were disappointed about was no fire pit and grill. Sodus point, the bay, grocery store and marinas was about 15 mins away. We re already talking about booking for another weekend later in the summer!
