"Married couple own the lodge. They are both very nice and helpful. They have four dogs. One dog bark's a lot. Bora Bora has lots of hungry stray homeless dogs. Perhaps they provided a home to some. Also, there are other houses next to the Lodge. People make noise. Need ear plugs. You need a car or scooter for transportation. "My husband and I stayed for 10 days with another couple. The layout of the house was perfect for our group The kitchen had all the basics and a nice gas stove. The location was quiet and the back yard led out to the water. The house had kayaks available and there was a nice market 50 meters away. The property manager was very accessible and she texted periodically to see if we needed anything. It was a perfect stay."

"The location of the property and hospitality of the hosts make this spot. The accommodations are minimalist in style…all you really need in a tropical paradise. We loved using the kitchen, enjoying meals on the porch, the private beach, and the happy dogs. The spot was exactly what we wanted. We actually tried to cancel our next booking to stay here longer, but it was non refundable. If we come back we will stay here again."
