The entry to this condo opens up into the main living area, featuring an open concept great room. The kitchen is sleek and modern, with dark wood and frosted glass cabinetry and upgraded stainless steel appliances. There is plenty of room to spread out ingredients on the spacious island, where there are also stools for seating. The kitchen and living room blend to form one cohesive space, with high quality wood flooring throughout and a mixture of whitewashed and exposed wood beams on the ceiling. A couch and two spacious easy chairs provide seating in the living room, situated on a warm accent rug. The unit boasts two flatscreen TVs, equipped with Chromecast technology. The gas fireplace in a light brick setting adds to the room’s cozy ambiance. A set of glass doors brings lots of natural light inside, while also offering access to an extended outdoor living space. From the balcony, enjoy partial mountain views in the distance.

Even if everyone keeps to different bedtime schedules, it is easy to slip away for a good night’s rest when you are ready, thanks to the privacy of the bedroom in this unit. The bedroom boasts a spacious king bed draped with high-quality linens, as well as its own flatscreen TV. Unpack and stow away your luggage in the spacious closet. The bathroom is conveniently located right across the hallway, with the same flooring continuing throughout the condo for continuity. The bathroom offers a tub and shower combination and a unique vessel sink. A second vanity is located next to the bathroom, adding convenience for larger families sharing the space. This vanity also boasts a unique vessel sink and large mirror. 

Please note that Timberline does not have elevators; assistance with luggage is available upon request. While the condo does not feature air conditioning, floor fans are provided to ensure comfort during warmer days. For the comfort of all guests, pets are not permitted. Coin-operated laundry facilities are available in two convenient locations on the property, though there are no in-unit washers or dryers. Parking is available for a daily fee in the winter (Thanksgiving- April) and is free in the summers.
