Our stay here over Labor Day was amazing! The condos are in excellent shape and we immediately felt at home. The front desk staff was beyond friendly and helpful! The local shuttle service that they offer is also really handy. We definitely recommend staying here and wish we could have stayed longer!

On a building site! Do NOT recommend!!
Sadly this VRBO is next to a huge building site and no one informed us - drilling, beeping trucks and hammering from early am onwards, not the relaxing mountain environment we wanted. This property is also a Wyndham corporate property, which is sub booked through Expedia - this is not what I call a VRBO. All the corporate intermediaries meant that no one could help re the noise and we were offered $35 compensation on a $750 stay, insulting. All this after hours on the phone. Appalling customer service. Do not book this property until the building work is complete; such a shame given that the property, facilities and location are otherwise great. I feel exploited and let down by both VRBO and Wyndham - if you know you're next to a building site you should tell your guests when booking. I have photos and videos to back all of this up but sadly no place to post them here.

Loved the Enclave at Snowmass for a family trip
Loved the Enclave apartment we stayed in. They're all owner owned, so you may get a different place. But the one we had was beautiful, ground floor, looked out over the ski field (we saw a fox coming home with it's dinner one evening), watched the swifts catching insects and it was a great place to explore Snowmass and Aspen from. Parking worked great (it's under cover, so if you have a bike on the roof, that will be a problem). The kitchen had everything you need to cook including good quality cookware and knives. BEds were very comfortable. Highly recommend.

Expedia Problem
I paid for a three bedroom condo but the Enclave informed me that the unit that Experdia pulled from their inventory was only a two bedroom. I was forced to move to another building where they had a three bedroom available but this was a major inconvenience because the rest of our family was staying at the Enclave.

Very Clean Room. Nice end unit. Great front office staff. Covered parking was a plus. No restaurants close to walk to.

We are glad that you enjoyed your time with us. We regret that there were noisy guests in the hot tub. As far as restaurants, Snowmass Village has several restaurants that are about a 5 minute walk from The Enclave. Please not that these restaurants may have different hours of operation during fall and late spring.

Great location and staff - No sound insulation
The location to ski area is a plus and staff were wonderful. The free shuttle was fast. Housekeeping failed to replenish shampoo bottles and other amenities and failed to change sheets. The elevator was broken for half of our stay and getting to rooms is difficult with multiple levels of stairs.The lack of a restaurant on premises is an issue. The sounds coming from unit above us were a deal breaker as there is zero sound insulation and is why I would never stay again.

Aspen Ski Vacation
Nice unit, good location. A little hard to get around if you're not using the Enclave shuttle service. Great staff.

Good affordable place for a family
The Enclave was a good place for my family to stay and enjoy the Aspen area. The unit we were in was very old and needed upgrades on kitchen gadgets and carpet. Otherwise I would have rated it 5 stars.

No Car Required!
The Enclave was a great find. Our family of 5 stayed in a two bedroom (#209) which provided plenty of room and views of the gondola. Other reviews complained about the stairs, but it was actually quite easy to figure out. Snowmass Mgmt Company had a van which took us anywhere we needed to go at a moments notice. It was great to fly into Aspen and not have to rent a car. The van picked us up from the airport and then provided transportation for our entire stay. We took the free shuttle to Aspen to ski for one of the days, but honestly we enjoyed the mountain and village at Snowmass much more.

What a beautiful Hotel!
The Enclave is about 5-10 minute walk to Snowmass Village, which is very nice and cozy. The apartment was beautiful and clean. We had 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room with fireplace and dining room. The kitchen was large and excellently equipped. The staff were very nice and helpful. You could live here all year round. The view is outstanding. Man enjoying his coffee and looks at or passing skiers the gondola. The location could not be better.
