This second-floor, newly renovated studio is steps away from Snowmass Ski Area and just a short walk from shops and restaurants in the Village Mall. Enjoy a private balcony overlooking Snowmass Village or cozy up in front of your wood-burning fireplace after a full day of skiing. To relax, take advantage of our on-site, two-tier hot tubs located right out your front door. Featuring a queen bed and queen sleeper sofa, this studio is perfect for families of 4, romantic getaways, or ski trips with friends.

Laurelwood 107 is located right off Snowmass Mountain, featuring incredible ski-in, ski-out access. Located in the heart of Snowmass Village, you are steps away from the Village Mall, the free bus route that goes back and forth into Aspen, hiking & biking trails and much more.
Guests will have sole access to their condo for the duration of their stay. Check-in time is 4:00pm, check-out time is 10:00am. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and must be approved by Laurelwood front desk. On-site at Laurelwood, there are two tiered hot tubs available for guest use, which is a great way to unwind after a full day of skiing or hiking.
Parking is owned by the town of Snowmass Village, and is a charge of $20.00/day during ski season only. Other times of the year, parking is free. During winter you will need to purchase a parking pass from the front desk upon arrival.
On-site at Laurelwood, there are several coin operated washer/dryers available for use. Detergent is available for purchase at the front desk, or you may bring your own. All linens, towels, hot tub towels are provided, and you can request more as needed. Please note, this property does not have A/C but a box fan is provided in the bedroom closet and it is highly effective in cooling the room down quickly.
We have a full-service front desk team that operates from 8:00am-9:00pm during the summer & winter seasons and 8:00am-5:00pm in the off-season. Our team is here to assist you with all requests to make sure your stay is the best it can be! In case of emergencies, we have an after hours emergency answering service that guests can call to get in touch with an on-site manager. We are here to make your stay one to remember!

Very easy checkin, great communication with property managers. The condo was very clean and had everything thay was needed for a comfortable stay. Speaking of comfortable, the bed was great after a full day of trail running and mountain biking! Hoping for a chance to visit again soon.
Staff were great. Condo was as expected, a little aged but very clean. Location cannot be beat. Only advice would be to turn on the fan provided and bring ear plugs. Every squeaking door from the room above can be heard and people walking back and forth above for hours of early morning and late evening.

This condo is pretty used up. It needs remodeling and/or a serious deep cleaning and repair. The bathroom inside door looked like there had been a flood, the grout on kitchen counters has gaps, cabinets are cheap and rickety, kitchen equipment is incomplete eg. no kitchen sissors or box grater and additional coffee mugs. Weird set up with bedside - only one side has a table. Bed is on a storage drawer Frame that makes it difficult to get into unless you are 6 feet tall. Overall space is cramped. Etc.
