"We were honestly very disappointed with our stay. The hotel itself is very clean; the pool/hot tub and fitness center were great. The room was clean and very nice. However, we were disappointed with several amenities; the fridge in the room only "cools" for 2 hours then shuts OFF. There's no other setting or fridge option. All of the food we brought was ruined overnight unfortunately and there was nothing we could do about it. The fridge might as well not even be in the room. It isn't really a fridge and we weren't aware of this. The coffee machine downstairs does not provide cups. So if you want coffee and need a cup, you have to pay at the Bistro. It took 10 minutes for the worker to poor our simple cup of coffee after we paid $5 for it. The whole wall of outlets in our room didn't work where the desk and TV was. Everything else worked in the room, but that wall of outlets never worked. We couldn't turn the TV on, plug in our laptops to work, charge our phones, etc. The parking in their lot also isn't free. You'll be charged $15/day which is insane for Montana. We usually enjoy our stays at Courtyard but this time was a big disappointment. We wouldn't stay here again. "
