"Front desk staff were warm and helpful. Room was clean and restaurant had good food. The Honey Hole was a fun visit!! The only issue we had was our wish for the water to be warmer in the shower. Not a big deal and we were able to adapt."

"Ac/heat unit was so loud there was no way of sleeping with it on. There were big globs of lord knows what on the floor. The tub faucet was pulling out of the wall. The shower head had amazing pressure! That was a huge plus! Stayed there because I had surgery scheduled, tried to rest before and after, but between super loud music and stomping it was hard to do so. The staff was helpful and nice but the hotel is just run down."

"Showed up with a reservation, waited 30 minutes for the front desk to help the person in front of me. Computer problems, of course. Finally, my turn. Another 25 minutes. Computer problems, of course. Obvious lack of training for the employees. No ice machine in entire hotel. Bathroom sink doesn't drain. Bathroom door doesn't shut. Shower curtain goes 2/3 of the way to the floor, leading to a soaking wet bathroom floor."
