"Very nice place to stay for the night after returning from a cruise. Staff is very nice and professional. My only advice to travelers is if you don’t have a rental car then be prepared to order delivery because the closest lunch and dinner are more than a 30 minute walk."

"The rooms were huge with full amenities such as a kitchen: full refrigerator/ top stove and a microwave! The rooms were clean the breakfast was great and the front desk personnel were very helpful. I did have an incident occur but the front desk personnel I cannot remember her name I should have written it down maybe with a s? blond hair but anyways she was very understanding and made sure I received compensation and that was very kind."

"The room smelled like cat urine. Also, the shower head is damn near in the ceiling with unnecessary water pressure and very little room to move in the shower. "

"We had a great stay at Hyatt House. The staff and housekeeping team were all very friendly and welcoming throughout our visit, which made the experience even better. The complimentary breakfast was a huge plus especially with a toddler. We also appreciated the on-site amenities like the pool, laundry facilities, and bar, which made our stay convenient and comfortable. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay, and we would definitely come back again."

"I was impressed by the claims of an eco friendly experience at your hotels, but what I saw at Hotel 116 in Bellevue, WA was disappointing; for example: we had plastic cups in the room. Also was not impressed by the cleanliness claim; our room had dirt on the carpet and around the baseboard of the room was very dusty (it was carpeting up the wall 4 inches or so). The hallway carpeting was very worn out looking and the outdoor courtyard was very sad and not well kept. One of the worst situations was the fact that the parking lot was shared with the Woods Coffee drive through window. We were late for my husband's medical appointment because of having to wait in line to get out of the parking lot."

"What a sad change this once beautiful property has undergone. Clearly the company is keeping it only for the land in excellent location. No true handicap access because the parking access is full of holes and crack bumps it’s not safe for cane, walker, or chair. Ice upstairs and no elevator so also ADA noncompliant. The lawn had at least six piles of dog feces aging in long grass. We love that they allow pets but there should be a pet area or bags or maintenance. Dead batteries in the tv remote and there was no staff to bring more without leaving the front desk unattended. One small set of towels for two people. Worst concern was that the room couldn’t be fully secured because the latches on the screen and slider were both broken. The flimsy bar across was easily dislodged with a small amount of jiggling. The good: Bed was comfortable. There is a fridge and microwave in the room."
