This Newly remodeled Ocean Front town home with smart keyless entry, in North Topsail Beach is ready for your family and friends to enjoy !

Comfortably accommodates 8 guests with it’s 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, kitchen with all the essentials, and Three ocean front decks so you can relax to the sound of the sea. Direct beach access from the main living level deck and Queen bedroom. Beach walkover replaced this off season, new gate latches installed, slider door locks newly installed.

First level has 2 bedrooms, beautifully decorated and a full bathroom (1 Queen bedroom and 2 twin bunkroom).Bedrooms have mounted flat-screen TVs and ceiling fans.

The second level is Open concept living containing custom kitchen with dining peninsula, kitchen table and comfortable living room with mounted flat-screen TV and beautiful direct ocean views. The multicade game table with 60 classic arcade games is set on free play for lots of family fun !

The third level Master Suite is a spacious Private sanctuary with a King size bed, wall mounted TV, ceiling fan, bathroom with shower, jetted tub and a private ocean front balcony ! Feel the stress melting away !

Full size washer and dryer are located on the garage level.

Park style grill located outside, behind the garage ocean side. If you bring a grill, DO NOT BRING GRILL UP ON THE DECK! Grilling on the deck is a violation of the town ordinance, YOU COULD BE FINED!

**Pet welcome, 1 dog only please. Additional $200.00 Nonrefundable fee required****please be respectful and clean up after your pet. Town ordinance for not cleaning up after your pet is 100$ Fine.

Bath towels and bed sheets included, you will need to bring your OWN beach towels and paper products.

Topsail Island is a 26 mile long barrier Island with an abundance of seashells, sharks teeth and clean white sandy beaches.
Topsail Beach is a family friendly community , clean quiet beaches with plenty of local restaurants and beach shops or water craft rental a few miles away.
Support local businesses and historical sites !
A short drive to Wilmington NC to site see at the Battleship NC or Bellamy Mansion Museum.
Go to the north end of Topsail Island, park the car and walk the beautiful white sand beach and watch the oceans fury. DO NOT SWIM AT THE NORTH END!! The waters are very dangerous!

Spring break

Great spot for our spring break trip with our kids and puppy. Easy access to the beach, great Master suite, plenty of deck space. We had great weather so didn’t spend much time inside. Well stocked kitchen and starter products. Super easy checking in and leaving. Would stay again.

Great location!

The location is great and we loved having direct access to the beach. There are several sea turtle nests around too!! This beach condo has most of what you need, just bring yourself, food and toiletries and you are set.

Great location, relaxing beach vacation

Great spot right on the beach with easy access. It easily accommodated family/friends including our 2 year old. Loved the rooms all had ceiling fans. Very spacious master bedroom. Check in process was very easy. We cooked dinner almost every night in the kitchen. Not far from good restaurants. Really enjoyed our stay.

Great vacation

We love Topsail Island and have stayed in several different places. The Ocean Pearl was a wonderful place. Love that they allow pets, we don't vacation with out them. Everything was as expected. We had a great time.

This property was wonderful. The home was clean and functional. The views were magnificent and beach access was easy via a private walkway. Check in was easy. Beth was very easy to work with when we had some changes.

Great place to stay!

This was our second trip to the Ocean Bay Pearl & it did not disappoint again. You really can’t get any closer to being on the beach, the water comes right up to the steps! It’s the perfect time of year to visit - quiet and relaxing. Our family & pups enjoyed themselves the whole week! Beth is super sweet & extremely communicative. We will be back when time allows!

A Truly Peaceful Stay

We always enjoy our stay in Topsail but this was our first time staying north of the Sneads Ferry bridge. The peace and quiet we found at this home were unmatched, with sweeping ocean views from all spaces (save one bunk bedroom) and few people on the beaches. Our dog loved chasing balls on the open sand! The house was clean, the new decking, carpet, and laminate flooring were beautiful, and everything worked just as it should. The only downsides: (1) no dining table, but we made the bar spaces work for the two of us, and (2) no pantry space, so we had to keep most of our food on the counters. We would stay here again and recommend this to other small families.

My first time at North Topsail Beach and it was absolutely beautiful. Great family oriented beach with beautiful views. Relaxing atmosphere. I can’t wait to go again. The home was great and stocked with everything we needed for a good start. Beth was great at keeping in touch and informed.

House was clean inside , well stocked and comfortable. It’s a great place to stay for a couple or a small family. Outside could use some sprucing up. But that is normal in older homes at the beach. We had a great time there!

Beach serenity

Quiet part of the island. Lovely beach. Perfect view. A 15 minute drive to most restaurants but not an issue if you plan well. Our dog had a fantastic time hanging out on the beach with us.

Great stay!

Our stay at Beth's house was great! The location directly on the beach can't be beat. Beds were comfortable, house was clean, and there were plenty of kitchen utensils--we cooked most of our meals at the house. One set of bath towels is provided, so if you want more washcloths or towels, plan to bring your own. You'll also want to bring kitchen towels, saran wrap and aluminum foil if you will do much cooking. We didn't want to leave and would gladly go back!

We Loved It

It had every thing you needed with the biggest plus being you had to walk out the back door, go a very short distance on a wooden deck and you set foot on the sand just yards from the Atlantic Ocean!! I started to miss it as soon as I got in the car to head back to Ohio.

Beach location

Place was amazing with location and access to the beach from all areas of the house! So wonderful to take dogs to the beach and relax ! Love they allow this! Clean and nice decor! Stairs inside to go out were a bit much for us with older dog… but she loved the beach access to go! Would recommend for family of 6 or if couples maybe 2 couples at a time! Overall very relaxing!
