"The house was clean and fully stocked with everything I needed for my stay. The beach was only a few steps away. I could see the ocean from the dining room window and patio door. I really enjoyed my stay there and ended up extending my stay for another week. This is perfect beach vacation rental for a small family. I would rent this place again. I highly recommend this property. "

"Look no further! Our stay was wondrrful, exceeding our expectations. Everything was clean, styled so nicely, and the bed was so comfy! The view was incredible! The beach from the back and the bay from the front. The sunset and sunrise was so stunning! Even with it being in a colder month while visiting we enjoyed walking the beach and saw dolphins within the hour we arrived, so nice! Our hosts even left little unexpected touches..k cups for coffee in the morning, binoculars for dolphin watching....

The only place to sit together was the dining table. Also some of the information sent by host and VRBO was not up to date. The Wi-Fi had been changed. We couldn’t contact anyone. "No smoking in rooms, but our neighbor smoked directly outside his/her room and the smoke came into our room through the vents. There was a smoking outpost outside the room, but not enough to defer all the smoke There probably should be a distinct area away from the building for smokers. Otherwise, our stay was pleasant for our needs; close to family member and beach."
