Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Lock Up ALL Exterior Doors ( Reminder to Check Main level ground floor and sliding doors on 2nd and 3rd floor )
Ensure All Appliances are OFF Sign Out of Smart Apps & Turn Off TV's
Clean & Cover Grill Put Trash in Can, Leave Trash Can at End of Driveway (Wednesday Pick up Early AM)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

-Report any damage from your stay immediately -No pets or ESAs, no exceptions. Violation result in cancellation of your reservation with no refund
-If elevator service tech is called as a result of not following basic instructions, $500 service fee will be charged -No Parking on Lawn
-Leaving property in a reasonably clean condition, including trash to trash bin. Leave the Bins at the End of Driveway
