  • Love being near the water without the island prices? You’re in the right spot. Our home is just one block from the canal and about a quarter mile to the boat launch, where the ICW meets the New River and inlet—perfect for boating and fishing. Hire charters nearby, or haul your own boat to store on our property.

    You’ll be a short drive to Camp Lejeune, Topsail Island beaches, and Surf City attractions . Tucked away in the relaxed village of Sneads Ferry, this is a quieter location, while still being close to everything!

    Relax with family, friends, and your furry companion. We comfortably sleep up to 8 guests with 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, 2 twin beds, and a futon—plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Linens and towels are provided, so pack light and settle in right away.

    You’ll have everything you need, including 2 full bathrooms and 2 half baths, a fully stocked kitchen, and a dining table that seats 8. The living room is set up with cozy seating for the whole group!

We had a great time. House was roomy, convenient and well supplied with all of our needs. Took a pontoon boat tour with Topsail adventures which was so much fun!. We plan to book again as soon as we can. Very clean and spacious.

What an absolutely amazing deal! Hosts are awesome people, and the house was very clean, and had way more than enough room for me and the kids! And we booked a pontoon cruise with the host which was absolutely fantastic! 10 out of 10…highly recommend this place! We will be back!!!
