You'll be located right on the coast next to some awe-inspiring locations such as Surf City Pier where you can take a lovely stroll along the boardwalk and listen to the crashes of the waves against the pier's sturdy legs. Topsail Beach is just a short drive away if you're up for a fun-filled day in the sun with a good book in hand under the shade of an umbrella.

    After a day out exploring, your four-bedroom home awaits you in this prime location right by the beach. You'll be mere steps away from the sandy shores so start your morning off right with a nice warm cup of coffee on the large upper deck watching the sunrise over the ocean. If you're lucky, you might even catch a glimpse of the dolphins! Inside of the vacation rental, you'll find a full kitchen set up with stainless steel appliances and an open floor plan with room for everyone to kick back and relax. House had everything we needed. It was clean and comfortable. The sofa was changed from the pictures. I would prefer one that can be wiped off like the picture but overall a good trip. Beach views were amazing. Direct beach access would make it pretty close to perfect.

Top Sail Getaway

My husband and I celebrated our second wedding anniversary at Top Sail! We loved sitting on the deck and enjoying the beach view. The walk to the beach was easy and quick. We also brought our senior dog who loved using the elevator (that was a huge plus). The outdoor furniture was amazing, so comfortable!

The house was very nice in a convenient location. However, the weather turned cold and the heat in the house was not working properly. Cold nights made the vacation uncomfortable and limited what we were able to do.

Summer Vacation

Excellent location, excellent house. Well stocked kitchen (best I've ever seen in a rental house). Coffee maker, Kuerig, panina press, air fryer, toaster, food processor, blender (at the bar area), gas grill outside, etc. Comfortable beds, two great decks overlooking the ocean, hot tub, elevator, the list goes on. Would stay here again (in fact alredy planning next years vacation to the same house).

Heavenly home

We absolutely loved everything about the interior of the house. Luckily we made friends with the house that owned the closest beach access and they allowed us to use it. If we had to use the public access at the end of the street it would have been a big annoyance. Enjoyed the elevator on move-in and out days. Hot tub was very nice. 100% would book again.

This house looked very nice on the website and it was even better. The views and decks were our favorites. I love to get fresh seafood and make dinner at home. I’ve never been in such a well furnished kitchen; good pans, utensils, spices, nice dishes and glasses. The furnishings were first class. The elevator was a blessing for my husband. The Vacasa staff was very helpful. We will stay here again.

Good location, well equipped and very comfortable. Beach access is about 100yards down the beach, if not able to ask permission from private dune bridge owners for access using their bridge. Well equipped kitchen, with all appliances necessary for cooking. Good spice selection for cooking. Views of sunrise obscured by neighboring house. HAVE IT REMOVED:) Comfortable beds and mostly firm pillows. Some repairs recommended to management (bathroom items, lighting, lower level deck, outdoor shower), but overall a nice home and would stay there again...

Great Place for a Winter Weekend

We loved everything about the house and the amenities provided. Unfortunately, due to strong winds, the hot tub cover was blown off, a lot of water blew out and there was sand in the tub, plus the wind blew down the gate to the courtyard. These are hazards of being oceanfront. The house was amazing! Elevator is a bonus for all the right reasons. I would recommend less scratchy bed linens, but otherwise the beds were comfortable. Great to have our furry family with us too! Location is perfectly situated between Surf City and North Topsail Beach. Would definitely rent again.

Best Rental Ever

The absolute best we've ever rented. My husband and I have traveled regularly coast to coast with our dog and babies and this was the cleanest most comfortable home. The linens were all high end cotton, no cheap microfiber. The kitchen is a cooks kitchen with a dry bar and beer/wine fridge. The hot tub area was clean and large. The storage closet featured beach chairs, a wagon, a tent, corn hole, sand toys, bikes and kites! The house also had a pack n play and plenty of kids tableware. What a wonderful place for a large family. Kudos to the agency vacasa and also to the homeowner.

Felt like home with an ocean view

This house was extremely comfortable for 5 adults. It was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans that you could actually use. There was plenty of paper towels, trash bags, dish detergent and toilet paper- no running to the store to buy these items because there wasn’t enough to last all week. There were games, including cards, to enjoy and nice televisions in every bedroom. Also, included were beach chairs, beach toys, two bicycles and a tent. The only thing I would have changed was to have a deck that landed at the beach rather than having to walk over to the next street to access the beach. It wasn’t a long walk at all but direct beach access would be great. Loved this place and plan to stay there again. I think that says it all!

The house was the perfect layout for our family of 6 plus 2 dogs. Kids downstairs, parents upstairs. The fenced in backyard was great for the dogs while we enjoyed the hot tub. (The hot tub is not pictured but it is lovely and seats 6). I loved that every bedroom had a sliding glass door onto the back deck facing the ocean. Comfy beds. Well equipped kitchen. Plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, dish tabs, etc. The kids enjoyed riding their bikes up and down the beach access road. I counted 200 steps from the house path to the beach access. It really isn’t bad at all. We did not want to leave and plan to stay longer next year. *The elevator spoiled us and we can never stay in a beach house without one now.

Family weekend for our 3 year old’s birthday

We had a wonderful weekend at this home! It is clear that the owner’s love their home, as do we! We took our family and the grandparents there for our daughter’s 3rd birthday and had a wonderful time! Bringing our dog, Lady Bird was a must as she’s our daughter’s best friend! This house was perfect for the humans and Lady Bird! They even had clean dog bowls waiting when we arrived. We also loved seeing pictures of the owner’s dogs throughout! The house was beautiful, clean and very up to date! The kitchen had everything we could have ever needed and more! They even had a number of baby things that came in very handy for our 4 month old son! The layout was great! The grandparents each had their own bedroom and bathroom downstairs and we were able to stay upstairs with the kids right off the living room. That made it super convenient for getting the babies to sleep and still feeling like we were a part of everything. We loved the view and the quick walk to the beach. A wonderful weekend was had by all, especially by the birthday girl! We will be back!
