"If you need a middle class inexpensive place to stay local to stores, food, etc., then I highly recommend this location. As with many older hotels it does have a musty, smoke, pet smell throughout but it isn't awful, just noticable. The room was a non smoking room and it had no smell whatsoever. Rooms were outdated but clean, the was fine, enough lightning, decent enough shower, clean towels and bedding. AC worked well. It had a fridge and a microwave. Front desk was great. Location was safe and fairly lit. I wish the beds, linens, and pillows were more comfortable. I'm not a fan of half sized pillows. Walls and ceilings were paper thin. Other than that the stay was great!"

"Older property where you can drive up to the door which we prefer on long road trips with a lot of luggage. Restaurant on site was very good. Room was clean and perfect for a one night stay on our way to Cooperstown."

"The rental was clean and even decorated for fall when we arrived! All descriptions and photos matched the listing. The tub is an absolute dream in the downstairs bathroom. We decided to host our micro-wedding here and the hosts were available for all of our questions! This VRBO was so gorgeous and the falls are bigger than we thought they would be (in the best way!). Waking up to the sound of the waterfalls was a great way to start our day each morning. We will absolutely be back!"

"This is a lovely rustic one-room cabin in a beautiful location. It is off-grid, with the solar lights and wi-fi working well, and Onalee was such a lovely host - responsive, good communicator, and she followed through in every way. My arrival was delayed until after dark, and she responded by leaving a lantern on the front porch to make sure I could find the lights inside easily. Shower in the outhouse was nice and hot, the towels were laundered and replaced daily, and there is great diner 3 minutes away for breakfasts. Escape and enjoy!"
