"Next room had huge rock music playing until 3am. Kept us awake. We called security who got them to turn it down at midnight. After 15 minutes the booming was Bach on high. No follow up from security. I will not stay at your hotel Again."

"I’ll definitely be returning to this location for my next mini R&R getaway. Nicole and her staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, which set the tone for a quiet and relaxing great stay. I had originally booked a studio, and to my surprise, I was upgraded to a one‑bedroom at check‑in. I needed a quiet place to rest and unplug, and this turned out to be the perfect spot. The kitchen was fully equipped, the air conditioning worked flawlessly, and the property is conveniently close to restaurants and only about a 20‑minute drive from Bayshore Beach and various historical sites. "

"We’ve stayed here many times in the past, but this is probably our last time. Very disappointing. There was nobody at the front desk when we arrived- only a paper with our name asking us to sign & write in our vehicle information. The room key was left on the counter with our paperwork. We went to dinner later in the evening and came back hours later, around 8pm and still nobody was to be seen at the front desk. WiFi didn’t work. We couldn’t make a call or send texts or load any information on apps. Phones were non functional. No coffee maker in room. We requested a specific room and got a different one. The only time we saw someone at the front desk was at check out when they asked for our credit card for the destination fee. Breakfast was dry with less options than before. Mattress was creaky and uncomfortable."

"Very disappointed that there was not free coffee in lobby.They had a Starbucks machine which was amazing, but at some point they ran out of milk. I stayed for 7 nights. I had multiple issues with my stay mostly with housekeeping not cleaning my room on my first and second nights. My room was also very dark. Several lamps did not work or did not light sufficiently. There were ants and hair in my shower when I checked in where it remained for 3 days before I finally removed it. I was compensated with 3 breakfasts at the in house restaurant. Also, too many employees on cell phones while working. On a positive note, the reception staff was amazing! Art and the older lady that wore a mask are the glue that holds that place together! The cook in the kitchen, I see you and you are doing a wonderful job. The food was amazing. The guy doing the cleaning in the lobby. You take pride in your work and it shows."
