"I love staying here and anytime I need a safe, comfy place to stay with my dogs—this is my go to property. I tripped and took a huge hunk out of my toe this trip, and the entire staff was so helpful and sweet with the situation. There was a lot of blood and even though the employee helping me was squeamish, she still helped with no hesitation and I could tell she cared about what had happened and my well being. Highly recommend staying here and will be back in the future. "
"We arrived at the property late, and the door wouldn't open. I called their number but didn't get an answer initially. However, when I called again, someone picked up. He arrived quickly after we hung up, and we realized that the door just needed to be pushed hard to open. Even though it was Labor Day weekend, the location was quiet, which was nice. I love that it’s a pet-friendly hotel, but I wish there had been a broom in the room to help clean up the sand. I spoke with Abro and Ms. Rocio on the phone, and they were both very nice, but I didn’t get a chance to meet them in person.one, and they were both very nice, but I didn’t get a chance to meet them in person."
"This was a phenomenal property for our KiKi and PawPaw annual vacay, eight adults and eight children ages 3-10! The home is beautiful with multiple decks overlooking the yard and pool plus fabulous views of the ocean! The pool was on the edge of the beach overlooking the ocean, the first we've seen in Galveston, as most are under the home! The playground and swings were especially great for our little ones! Having the beach package was also nice so we didn't have to bring tents, chairs and toys with us! Of course, the golf cart was great fun on the beach!The home was perfect for us with the three floors, multiple TV's, and two game tables inside. We really enjoyed the large covered deck off the kitchen for outdoor grilling, hot tubbing, dining and especially being able to watch the children play and swim! Also perfect for early morning coffee while watching the sunrise and lapping waves!The ground floor is fabulous for entertaining with a second hot tub, second grill, putting green, ping pong table. corn hole set, game tables, ladder golf, and a larger outdoor TV!Thank you, Tyler, for sharing your lovely home with our family! "The house we rented had a lock issue that the owner resoled pretty quickly. After getting in we found the place a mess, the cleaning crew forgot to clean up the property. The owner had another house 2 blocks away that was newer and nicer that he let us stay in. He also gave us an extra day to stay for all the troubles. Outstanding way to handle a big problem with a customer!! Five stars all the way!!"

"I give this house a 10 out 10. The house itself is gorgeous & location is great (4 minutes from the big store & beachfront ). The kitchen is very fully equipped and ready for any event. The rooms/beds are so comfortable we all slept like babies. We’ve have a tradition for 5 years to go to Galveston and honestly this house tops all houses we have stayed in. "
