"They are not really ADA compliant. When I made the reservations that I had problems walking and climbing stairs. They have 1 ramp and it was so steep my scooter would not go up it and it’s over by the office. We’re were placed on the opposite side of the office so I had to climb stairs everyday. The big trash cans are over flowing and trash were on the ground. We’d were there 4 nights not once was our room cleaned or fresh towels given our offered. My husband Ebey to get coffee in the office there was none made. We had the air set at 62 the whole time from the minute we checked in to the minute we checked out just so the room would be comfortable of enough to stay in there. No water pressure at all."

"This was the perfect beach get away for one adult and one child. You can walk to the beach or take the one minute drive there with your $10 beach parking pass from the gas station. It’s tucked at the end of a street so very few cars come by. The outside showers were great for washing sand off before coming in to actually shower. The kitchen was perfect for eating at home to stay on budget. The host was great at communicating, I could contact her through the app or in her cell which was nice when I had a question. When booking, I didn’t see anything about it being an RV, which wasn’t an issue in the end, but it was a surprise since I thought it was a house built on the ground. Still, I would come back to stay again!"

"Extremely disappointed with our stay. The property was infested with fire ants—even on outdoor furniture. There was black mold on railings and furniture, plus trash scattered around yards and parking areas. The internet was painfully slow.The couches and beds looked like second-hand store furniture covered with cheap slipcovers. Parts of the flooring are coming up and appear damaged. The washer/dryer rattles the entire floor loudly when running, and the microwave sounds like a V8 truck engine. This place is NOT what is advertised online. The photos are misleading.Property management was terrible. No Issues were resolved. Only delayed texts or emails, with little urgency and no in-person assistance.The hot tubs barely worked. Ours, along with neighboring units, would not heat above 89F, and once jets were turned on, the temperature dropped rapidly. Even worse, we received electrical shocks while plugging in tiki lights due to what appeared to be faulty outlets or grounding. That is a serious safety hazard.This property needs inspection by licensed maintenance, electrical, and sanitation professionals. We spent good money expecting a quality stay and feel completely ripped off. Nearby properties appeared far nicer and better maintained.The only positive was the beach view. Everything else fell far below expectations. Also, the on-site golf carts were rusted and poorly maintained near trash areas.Two words describe Salty Suites: FALSE ADVERTISING."

"Property is in excellent location in proximity to beach, the Big Store, restaurants and shopping. House was very clean and more than adequate chairs, sheets, towels, fans, blankets and kitchen supplies. The host are extraordinary in quick communication and response time. Small issue with “smell” when water came from faucets upon arrival. Communicated with host and they immediately responded suggesting running all faucets for a few minutes. It worked! Just needed lines to “flush”. Highly recommend renting this property if small group. We were a group of 4 single ladies"

"The beach house is great. It feels like a home away from home. The downstairs patio is a great place relax. The deck has a good view of the ocean where you can here the waves. Very short walk to the beach. 10/10."
