"Very well kept property with great pool and beautiful grounds! Nice and quiet beach away just far enough away from the busy strand, but close enough to drive and see the lit up Ferris wheel from our balcony in the distance. Only complaint was that refrigerator smelled horribly of fish. I called the property management company and they sent 2 sweet ladies out immediately to clean. We saw them clean it out with bleach, but smell was back the next day. It may have penetrated the plastic. Other than that, we would definitely come back. "

"Beautiful place! Clean and beautiful. Quiet and close to beach! No remote to down stairs tv but they did offer to bring one. We declined. Had a great stay and very enjoyable! I did get a ticket for parking in front of house to pack car! Follow the signs I struggled getting in front door but they were prompt to reset code! Will be back! Great stay! "

"We have rented beach houses on the Peninsula for over ten years and this was by far the best. From the quiet gated community to the amazing house. The owners thought of every possible need of a renter and they provided it! From extra toilet paper, spices in the kitchen, fans,trash bags, a blow up mattress just in case it was needed and much more! But the best thing ever was check-in at noon and check out at 2:30. We felt like we we actually had those as extra days. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this house!"
