"Our family of five had a magical week at Missy’s charming cottage on the bay! Highlights for us were the incredible view, gorgeous beach, and proximity to an excellent crabbing spot. The cottage was spotless, comfortable and well-appointed with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Missy was an excellent and gracious host, quick to help us out when I accidentally misplaced the entry instructions upon arrival. Highly recommend, and already looking forward to our next stay!"

Pet-Friendly Smith Island Cottage w/ Golf Cart!

"My husband and I visited Smith Island for the first time for a two night stay. The house is clean and adorable and the owner goes out of her way to ensure you have a wonderful stay. A golf cart is all charged up for you to enjoy trips around the island. Bicycles are provided for you to ride too. Coffee Keurig cups, filtered water in the frig, and even bug spray are provided in case you forgot to bring yours. From arriving on the ferry to our trip back to Crisfield we encountered friendly people. We had to have the crab cakes and famous Smith Island Cake of course! The sunsets were beautiful. This trip was a perfect getaway. We plan to come back!"

"Cottage was clean and perfect size for a quick getaway. Not far at all from the Ferry Ride to Smith Island. The town of Crisfield seemed a bit boring as did the island but the feery ride was fun and there was great food on the island."

"Beautiful location with beautiful views and peaceful surroundings. We saw deer and ducks and the largest Blue Heron I’ve ever seen. The property is ideal for family gatherings or just getting away from a busy life. Fleeton, VA is a gem."

"Great place on Smith Island. Amazing community feeling for 48 hours. The ferry is super expensive (it was 25 per person each way ,so 50 total per person!!!), adding 250 to the entire visit for 5, so something to really consider. The island is beautiful, house was perfect, very quiet and well kept. No downsides, but not tons of activities for very active teenagers. Everything super easy in terms of house/info/check in and out."

"Lovely little cottage in a quiet little town. Great for a private getaway. The place was very well kept and nicely decorated. Communication with host couldn't have been any better, very responsive. Check in and out was a breeze. Would definitely stay here again if ever in this area in the future."
