"This was a very satisfactory stay overall. The owner or manager (not sure which) at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. The lobby and rooms were super clean and very comfortable. I didn’t eat the breakfast bc we left too early but I know it’s got some homemade stuff which is a nice touch! My only issue is that the walls are thin-you can hear neighbors talking and anyone in the hall as if they’re right next to you. Led to not the best nights sleep I’ve ever had. But overall, a safe, clean, and comfy stay for when you’re hiking in the area."

"We did not like that. They did not come and clean the rooms at all. Garbage cans were filled. Beds were not made, and we came back to that thinking we were getting daily room cleanup, but of course that is not applicable to this place. So it was not very nice to come home and be surprised with the fact that no maid had been in at all to see our room. And we went the next 3 days at this location. With our garbage cans filled and getting new towels every day, and stacking piles of towels out in the hallway, as we use them. That to me is pretty poor so we'll think twice about next time, staying here because of the fact that they have no made service at all. There was no signage, or there was nothing to indicate that there would be no made service. There was no indicators in the room or anything like that. We came back from being gone for a day, only to find out that no one had touched our room. And they did not plan to touch our room for the entire 3 days that we were there. So you can imagine the piles of towels, the garbage in the cans, and no maid service is going to make us think twice about coming back to this site again, which is sad, because it's a pretty nice facility. The people were really nice. The employees and the breakfast was really nice. But the lack of room care. It's going to make me look at another place next time. I stay in Puyallup. We paid over $1,100.00 to stay here for nights and we had to ask for towels and no one took out the garbage so again to me. Tha"

"The hot tub was amazing. The tranquility of the lodging was greatly appreciated. There were overhand ceiling fans and a fan for use. The windows would also open to reduce the temperature. However, because of the heat and the steps, we did not use the bedroom upstairs. We only used the beddings on the bottom floor. The mattresses were fine for kids or people with good backs. But our family have bad backs and two days at the lodging was difficult out for us."
