Ken set the mark real high for anyone else who may greet arriving patrons. He was attentive to our needs, quick to offer assistance and warm & welcoming to everyone greeted (this was observed with other patrons who were checking in or calling in for assistance as well). I stayed in a studio suite, which was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the essentials needed for a relaxing stay. One of the highlights was the breakfast, with plenty of great options, fresh and well-organized, making mornings easy and enjoyable. The overall cleanliness, comfort, and attention to detail really stood out. Excellent service, great amenities, and a comfortable room made this a stay I’d happily recommend and return to. "
