We loved this Hotel. Great location, staff couldn't be more helpful, great wines and food. We look forward to returning in 2 years.

The breakfast menu was fabulous with a great variety.

Love the breakfast. Plenty to choose from and an option for Gluten Free which was great. Would have been nice to know the Coffee was extra $ prior to ordering it, but othrewise it was great. The staff were fantastic. The checkin with Alicia was perfect - she was so welcoming and friendly and helpful. We were there the night it flooded and David (?) the gentlemen on that night was stressed but handled it very well. Would definitely recommend this hotel in Trieste.

The property is perfectly located - one short block from the Grand Canal, about 10 minutes walk from the railway station and about 5 minutes to the harbour front. Luca, the owner, was very easy to communicate with, mostly via WhatsApp, and met us outside the building to give us the keys and show us around. We had booked the Taupe room, which has its own bathroom. The Green room’s dedicated bathroom is a short walk across a landing. Our room was huge, with a separate sitting room both...

Staff were great. Room was quite large. Bathroom was also large and modern. Location was also close to the water front, canal and old town

Exceptional stay at seven historical suites in Trieste. Manuel provided a smooth check in process and went above and beyond to provide help for us during our stay. The suites are located a short walk 5 - 10 mins to the main piazza, shops and restaurants. The room was beautiful and luxurious. We will definitely be staying again next time we visit Trieste.

Amazing place of tranquility. What you see online is what you get. (Unlike other hotels who put up nice pictures and deliver something else) if you want to chill out this is the place for you. Look mo further BOOK NOW!

Beautiful area full of locals and dogs. Lovely supermarket and restaurants and bars close by, absolutely perfect!

A spacious apartment in the very best location. We had a room with the sea view - wonderful! Piran is a beautiful town.

I liked the amazing view,the vicinity with the castle of Miramare, the easy parking and the great breakfast. The staff is very professional.

Great location with direct access out to the water. The included breakfast was really good. We had a suite with a view over the water so the rooms were very spacious. We liked it so much we stayed an extra day.
