Only slight complaint was that the lady who checked us in was not the friendliest and not informative, as well as the cleaning of the room was not as detailed as i would expect from a luxury hotel. "

"Arrived in Bratislava very late at night but hotel easy to get to by public transport, with an excellent 24 hour reception. Hotel clean and pleasant, but adjacent to quite a busy road. Breakfast very good with very attentive staff, Good value and would certainly stay again when in need of a stop-over in Bratislava."
