"I had a lovely short stay at ParkHotel. The staff were friendly and supportive. Nestled in the city centre, it’s surrounded by beautiful cafes and restaurants offering a fantastic selection of food and drinks. Plus, it’s conveniently located near the train station. There’s a car park and I noticed some electric chargers – I’m not sure if they’re hotel-owned. The toiletries in the room were great and the bed was big and comfortable. Coffee and tea were also provided. Thank you"

"It is a great hotel there are no words to describe the great experience we had. All is well designed tasteful and artistic. You'll feel the zen vibes when you enter. The breakfast was amazing also with a great list of options and the outstanding service. Location is very convenient walking distance to all the city attractions. "We had a three-night stay in Bruges and the property was fantastic. The decor and the upkeep of the property are excellent. The air conditioning and everything works nicely and looks great. The staff were very, very helpful. In fact I had to visit the hospital and before I went one of the staff had called her local doctor and got a little bit of advice, and it proved very useful. The main thing I want to say about this hotel group is it's excellent. They seem to treat their employees very well so employees give the customers a very good service as well . The only missing amenity is a Gym"

"Without doubt, one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at. The room was impeccably clean, very roomy, relaxing, and a lovely ambience, due to the subtle fresh tones and colours used The staff are all fantastic, very helpful, and always welcome you with a smile. A special mention and thanks to Shania, she was amazing. Breakfast was one of the highlights of the stay. Every morning the freshest and best local produce, the best breads, cereals, fruits, cheeses, meats, fish, eggs and juices. Parking is available on the lower ground floor of the hotel, you would need to book this in advance, it has a car elevator that lowers you to the parking garage level, and there are good number of spaces. There is a gym available for use, also a sauna and steam room, plenty of towels and loungers available to rest and relax in the spa area. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, you won't be disappointed. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so unforgettable:-)"

"Very impressive hotel. Plenty of available parking and on arriving the staff at reception were helpful, friendly and ensured our check in was quick and easy. Lovely bar and restaurant where we ate as it was extremely well presented/decorated/furnished. My room was large and well appointed and like the rest of the hotel nicely furnished /decorated and it makes a pleasant change to a lot of hotel rooms to have both a large shower and large bath. Both our evening meal and breakfast were excellent. Highly recommend this hotel especially useful for our trip as we were returning from Germany and need a stop over before travelling home from Calais as only a short journey to Le Shuttle/Calais."
