The downstairs are and restaurant was lovely and the staff were very helpful and friendly. We did find the rooms very basic. Would have loved a coffee station and a little bit or room around the bed and carpets.

Very nice budget hotel.

Reception staff were Friendly and helpful both on arrival and departure, the breakfast had a good selection and choice it was well presented and the seating/eating were very clean and tidy. The room I had was ideal for one person but could accommodate a couple. The bus stop into town is approx 600 metres from the hotel if you walk through the Kleinpark caravan park towards the big church, bus #30 takes you to Bruges Station in around 25 minutes. If you want a budget vacation then Ibis Jabbeke is perfect.

I mistakenly booked the wrong date and the hotel could not have been more accommodating. Super helpful on the phone and nothing was too much trouble. On arrival after midnight I expected everything to be closed up - but to my surprise they had top Belgian beers on tap for that welcome drink Staff should be commended for their attitude towards guests - I wish other hotels were like this. Well Done !
