"Staff were exceptional, lovey warm welcome and helpful with anything we needed, towels provided for the pool and beach that was a bonus. We had a room on the 3rd floor with a small high window with no view but we expected that being in the heart of Silema, room was spacious with everything we needed, air in was good if a wee bit noisy but that may be because we’re not used to sitcom from Scotland! The roof top with pool was a lovely treat, my only disappointment was that the pool bar was not available on the day we used it due to that fact there was a forecast of rain, it didn't rain until after 10pm and there was no other bar service in the hotel to get a wee cocktail to start our holiday. There was a vending machine with water, sodas, snacks and a wine bar across the road, but no external food or drink allowed by the pool. Breakfast had hot and cold options available so good to set you up for the day. Only a 5 minute walk to the Silema ferry’s and promenade and 7 minutes to st Julian’s bay so well located."

"My stay at the bell Boutique did not start well, I was misinformed regarding which room was mine after I did the self-checking period so I was in the hotel it's there's nobody there to help you because it's self-checking unfortunately I could not access my room because I was given incorrect information, I'm told that my room was the Rose room unfortunately the rooms themselves have numbers to them period why wouldn't they simply put the Rose room outside the room itself as well, would that not make it less confusing confusing and avoid the situation further? The place was pretty clean the lady that was running the breakfast and clean the rooms was wonderful she was very supportive she's asked me anything I needed so she was very helpful period the main lobby when you come in was an icebox it must have felt like about 12 degrees in there but the rooms themselves unfortunately were very damp I had to constantly keep changing the thermostat to dry fan because everything was wet I've never seen that before in my 35 years of traveling. Otherwise it was in a great location and overall I enjoyed my stay there period"

"Os funcionários foram extremamente simpáticos, mas descobrimos ao chegar que a recepção só ficava aberta até às 3, e depois disso era preciso ligar para um hotel na região para receber o código da porta. Para alguém sem linha europeia, pode sair caro por algo que poderia simplesmente ter sido comunicado de antemão. O quarto em si tinha uma cama desconfortável, portas meio gambiarradas, e a tomada desencaixou meu carregador e me deixou sem bateria em uma das noites. Também houve um problema com a eletricidade de modo geral, acendendo a luz de emergência dentro do quarto, mas resolveram rapidamente."

"The hotel was beautiful, very clean and room had everything we could need. The view from our balconies were amazing and we sat looking out in the evening when we watched the lightning. Lovely to have both a bath and separate shower. Toiletries were lovely and plenty of them. Staff were very helpful and professional. Helped us take bags to the room and then stored them for us the day we left as we had an evening flight. WiFi exceptional and free. We only had the breakfast buffet but there were four restaurants available for other meals. The breakfast was very good with a huge variety and everything was constantly replaced when running out. Omelettes cooked to order. Slight problem with coffee machine and very busy but you were not rushed. Would highly recommend"

"The hotel has added several items from my last visit and are still working on to make the experience better for its customers. We really enjoy the pool area where there is always room for its guests, and poolside service - no need to get up from your sunlounger! In addition they have both a lovely rooftop terrace and a separate roof top restaurant, both decorated and refurbished elegantly. Breakfast is delicious and have a barista and freshly made omelet station. The only negative is the elevators during breakfast and check-out time, often full from guests from higher grounds and sometimes skipping to pick up on the way up. We absolutely recommend this hotel!"
