"Overall enjoyed our experience. However, we experienced significant noise being on the first floor. We could hear noise from the lobby and there was noise coming from above. The noise from above resulted in us changing rooms for a night. When asked if we were on the side of the construction were told no, but found to be on that side come morning (room we moved to for a night). The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The pool/sauna is inside the hotel. It did not respect the 12 people...

"I’ve just returned from a trip to Malta and this hotel was perfect when it comes to location and easy access to all of the main sites you’re going to want to visit whilst in Malta. The hotel is in Sliema, this part of Malta is where a lot of the shops and restaurants are. There’s plenty of choice along the road of the hotel when it comes to food options and restaurants. The hotel is on the promenade and has a ferry stop , just a 5 minute walk away which is perfect for travelling back and forth...

"The apartment was new and spotless. The service was exceptional, polite and professional - especially on the last day when after checking out, we could take a shower and use their refreshments. Check in was also easy despite no staff being around as the whole process is well planned and communication good. However, reception is only staffed from 10am til 5pm so if there are issues, these do not get resolved easily, eg we had no TV for a couple of days despite reporting it twice. Also the pool...
