"The housekeeper kept knocking on my door at like 930AM, and then at 10Am they started powerwashing the outside of my room, and water started seeping into my room. I get that people are usually out by 9 but personally I like to sleep in, why wouldn’t they wait until after checkout to knock on everyone’s door? lol and why did the housekeeper keep knocking on my door after I told them off? lol"

"Older place and really a motel, not a hotel. We had stairs right outside our room. It was an okay place to stay, pretty clean. No breakfast served in the morning but diner across the street and also next door."

"Location is great, not too far from all the busyness of Moab but yet only within minutes of everything that you need. Furnishings a little outdated but the room was clean and spacious. Good room amenities and comfortable beds. For an “breakfast included hotel”, the offerings were actually quite decent and had enough varieties. Definitely worth staying again if ever in the area."

The coffee shop attached had wonderful food and a great selection of coffee drinks. The clean trendy rooms, relaxing poolside and fire pit seating, and convenient filtered water filler, gear shop, and on-site laundry made this a perfect home base for our Utah adventures."
