"When I told my husband where we were staying he was not pleased at all. He wanted something closer to the hospital.When we got there he went and checked us in and check out the room he was very pleased. There was hot drinks always ready. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was extremely accommodating.We will stay there again. We left to go back home and stayed in another hotel and the second we walked in the room we both said this is not the SpringHill Suites. SpringHill Suites thank you for a memorable experience."

"Everything about Brentwood was convenient. The evening desk clerk was friendly and very helpful. The parking was easy. With all the roads closed around Mayo, they allowed me to keep my vehicle in the ramp for hours past check-out. The staff cleaning the rooms was very helpful. As I stepped into the hall, I realized I had left my key inside. The man who was in the room across the hall saw it and was kind enough to open the door for me so I didn't need to go to the front desk. I would definitely stay there again. The room was very quiet, and there is a tunnel which takes you all across the Mayo campus without going outside. "

"This is a wonderful, comfortable space. My mom was hospitalized at St. Mary’s and I was able to run back over within 5 minutes when I needed to. It was so nice to have a cozy welcoming space during the chaos of having someone hospitalized. "

"A great house for groups! I especially appreciated the accessibility as a physically disabled person, there is a ramp to get in and grab bars in the bathroom. The bedrooms were cozy and the sheets were incredibly soft. Appreciated the communication and ease of check out with the host as well! A perfect stay!"
