There was no soap or shampoo in the dispensers on the shower. Headed to front desk and no one was available after 11:00pm. Called at 6:30 and went again but no answer. Great option when traveling to hershey. our favorite part was how walkable it was to restaurants bars etc. We appreciated the suggestions for dinner from the front desk.
