Pros: Clean room & friendly staff Cons: floor above us squeaked so every time the people above us walked around in the middle of the night it woke us up, tv in bedroom had no cable so unable to use, smoke detector was like a strobe light over the bed which was very annoying when trying to sleep. Would opt for somewhere to stay next time

Great stay, although it can be a little bit cleaner, it was decent enough. I stayed for 3 weeks and had no problems, although the breaker kept resetting everytime I used the oven but overall, I would stay here again.

Awful directions on how to enter the property afterhrs. A simple sign directing guests to the 24hr entrance would have been helpful. Instructions on how to enter (once in the "lobby") would have been helpful. Check-in starts at 3pm but reception closes at 5. World's shortest check-in window. The room was clean and everything worked fine.

My family & I stayed the night here after a fun filled day at Hershey Park, we arrived after check-in time and the front desk had the number for me to call when I arrived so I can check in. That allowed the process to be smooth which I loved Looking forward to visiting again!
