"I had booked the property late because my son and I had gotten off to a late start after hos car broke down. Upon arrival, Jessica refused to let us check in because it was after midnight and said they had already charged us a “no show” fee and we weren’t allowed to stay there. I was really upset and asked if the room was still available. She said it was but wouldn’t let us check in. We were turned away in the middle of the night, charged for the room and left stranded trying to find something else. On top of that, she was really rude. It has low ratings for a reason and I will never book with them again. "

"The breakfast food was fresh and delicious, I appreciate the effort to keep it hot and edible. My bathroom floor was visibly dirty when I arrived and I asked to have it cleaned the next morning. They brought in clean towels but did not clean the bathroom."

We only stayed one night and had an event before 2 PM, so we requested early check-in, but they weren’t able to accommodate us due to how busy it was. The room itself was fine—nothing special—but the hallways had a noticeable cigarette smell. Our bathtub looked worn down, and when we tried to turn on the water, there was barely any flow. We attempted to contact the front desk but didn’t get a response. The next morning, staff said they would reset it, but when we followed up, nothing had been done. Eventually, they moved us to a different room with a working shower."
