"Check-in was great, very friendly and efficient clerk. Room was not up to usual Hampton standards. Mattress was terribly uncomfortable. Air conditioner was so noisy we had to keep turning it off through the night. Sadly, only got about 3 hours sleep. Bathroom had stained wall paper, short on towels for 2 people, fixtures were rusty."

"I had booked the property late because my son and I had gotten off to a late start after hos car broke down. Upon arrival, Jessica refused to let us check in because it was after midnight and said they had already charged us a “no show” fee and we weren’t allowed to stay there. I was really upset and asked if the room was still available. She said it was but wouldn’t let us check in. We were turned away in the middle of the night, charged for the room and left stranded trying to find something else. On top of that, she was really rude. It has low ratings for a reason and I will never book with them again. "

"The breakfast food was fresh and delicious, I appreciate the effort to keep it hot and edible. My bathroom floor was visibly dirty when I arrived and I asked to have it cleaned the next morning. They brought in clean towels but did not clean the bathroom."

"The hotel was decent overall. I will say the lobby felt more modern compared to the Hyatt. We only stayed one night and had an event before 2 PM, so we requested early check-in, but they weren’t able to accommodate us due to how busy it was. The room itself was fine—nothing special—but the hallways had a noticeable cigarette smell. Our bathtub looked worn down, and when we tried to turn on the water, there was barely any flow. We attempted to contact the front desk but didn’t get a response. The next morning, staff said they would reset it, but when we followed up, nothing had been done. Eventually, they moved us to a different room with a working shower."

"Honestly the WORST experience I’ve ever had at a best western. Tried checking in at 430pm. Was told by the front desk person Hayk, that our room wasn’t ready and will not be ready for another hour. When I asked why he proceeded to say well we’re fully booked… doesn’t make sense because so I reserved a room also… so it’s fully booked which includes my room! Came back to finally check in at 8:37pm. Same front desk agent says it was because my room was the only room with an issue. I booked a two queen bed room, was given a two double bed room. We simply didn’t get what we paid for. "
