Enjoy your stay in our stylish and freshly renovated 2 bed and 2 bath home. It’s been furnished and equipped with all New furniture and appliances for your needs. There are smart TVs in every room with high speed WIFI. There’s a private master bedroom with King bed, walk in closet and walk in shower. Another guest room is furnished with queen bed. Pull out sofa with 65in TV in the living room to accommodate 6 people total. We’re located in quiet and friendly neighborhood in Carmichael.

Eskaton visit

Very nice property, close to Escaton Sr Care Home. Property manager was excellent. Driveway acces makes for easy abd safe parking.

Very clean and quite

My mom and I spent the weekend in this quite duplex it was perfect everything we needed for a quick family visit. The beds where so comfy I slept like a baby. I would stay here again.

Convenient and enjoyable

The property was well-appointed and close to restaurants grocery store and parks. Neighborhood was crowded, but obviously not something the host has control over. Enjoyed our stay visiting family

Great Stay!

Perfect and just what we needed for a long weekend! Host was great and there was nothing we needed. Very quiet neighborhood. Looking forward to staying again on our next visit to Sacramento.

Wonderful stay

Very cute, cozy, quiet place. The beds are very comfortable, slept great every night. Plenty of room to move around, full kitchen so you don't have to eat out all day. Hosts were easy to reach and very accommodating. I would highly recommended this place and I would stay there again!

The house was newly remodeled and the furnishings were all new. Very clean and minimalistic, but comfy. Great place to stay as an alternative to hotels! Would stay there m, again!

Great stay

The accommodations were wonderful and very accurate listing. Great communication with owner and it looks like they are making some good renovations for the yard. Weather did not permit us to enjoy the yard but it looks very nice

Trip by for 89 year old mother in law

This place was nice and it will played out. It great because you can park your rental car in the driveway instead of try to Park on the street where you have a hard time finding a parking spot. The host tell you up front everything she expects and I love that so you can’t say I didn’t know the inside of the house is so relaxing you don’t want to leave I loved it there hope to come back again

Good location neat and tidy space

This was the perfect place for us to rest after a fun new year's eve party. It is in a good, safe neighborhood and was close to my brother's housem instructions to get in were easy to follow and we had everything we needed. I also appreciate that thwre weren't a lot of things we had to do when we left.

Clean but only the basics

The 2-bedroom duplex was very clean but furnished only with the basics - sofa, dining table, small desk, beds, TVs, minimum of kitchen supplies. If you're looking for a 'homey' place to be, this isn't. But it has all the basics if that's all you need. Beds are firm but comfortable, bathrooms are small, and ease of entering was helpful. Only space for one vehicle in driveway and very little on street parking. Zero landscaping (dead grass front and back) and no gazebo as pictured.

Ironman Sacramento Stay

The house had everything we needed for our weeklong stay as I prepared to race in Ironman California. Easily accessible into downtown via a plethora of routes, both highways and neighborhood roads. The area of Carmichael itself was rich with food options as well as all of the necessities like Trader Joes and CVS. The house itself was newly remodeled inside to provide a sleek and modern modern feel with all of the amenities that we needed: washer + dryer, ac, cooking utensils, plenty of power outlets. The ability to use the garage for parking and storage was outstanding. It's a perfect spot if you're looking to get away and to enjoy what Sacramento and it's immediate suburbs has to offer

Weekend Stay to Attend a Nearby Wedding

Wonderful place to stay. The interior is clean, inviting, and in excellent shape with plenty of space with each room well appointed. We appreciated all the cooking and serving utensils provided for making and eating meals. We'd have no qualms about staying here again.

Checking in and out was easy. The host didn't respond to us checking out til the next day. The rental was very nice on the inside, the yard could use some work. There were signs posted everywhere. When you're on vacation, you dont really want to be stressed or worried about so many rules.
