Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service

No shower gel but a cockroach in the toilet

When we enter the room, there was no toilet paper and no shampoo or shower gel. We asked multiple times for shower gel but we only got some soap. My partner discovered a big cockroach in the bathroom and took a picture. We wanted to call reception at 10.30pm to ask about the WiFi but nobody was answering the phone after multiple trails. The room itself and the facility is good but we were really not satisfied with the service here.
