A large hotel with good sized quite traditional rooms. Location is excellent, right at the edge of the pedestrianised central area and therefore easily accessible for taxis and public transport, and pleasantly walkable to the centre and numerous restaurants etc.

It is located in city center, next to the river, very close and walking distance to many restaurants, fast foods, mall, market, Opera house and museum. Staffs are very polite, friendly and helpful. Hotel has exchange money with relatively good rate, but you can get better rate in the mall. Hotel and Rooms are clean, relatively small for a room with king bed.

The location is great because the bus from the airport makes a stop right out in front of the hotel. Smoking culture is out of control in North Macedonia, hence there are rooms and areas of the hotel where it stinks with smoke.

Literally no Air Conditioner in hot sunny summer days/nights. They keep a minimum of 22 degree Celcius in the system and can not be adjusted. My first room was 28 degrees when I walked in and it took an hour to go to 27.5. They changed me to a room which was 25 degrees. The AC did not lower it overnight and during the day went up to 28-29. Unacceptable. Unpleasant, uncomfortable.

Tatil mi yaptik yoksa dayak mi yedik bilemedik

Bu otelde 2 kisi 1 gece konaklama yaptik. Otelin konumu cok guzel bir yerde. Odalar guzel ve temizdi. Fakat daha girdigimiz gibi resepsiyonda gorevli beyfendi gayet suratsiz ve soguk bir sekilde bizi karsiladi. Konaklamamiz boyunca gordugumuz butun calisanlar suratsiz ve asabi gorunuyorlardi. Bir kere bile hosgeldiniz, iyi tatiller, iyi gunler gibi ( her insanin birbirine soyledigi seyler) sozler hic olmadi. Zaten bu ulkeye geldigimize pisman olduk. Genel anlamda tum insanlari soguk ve itici. Bir gun degil 1 saatte bile merkezi gezersiniz. Bana kalirsa bosuna masraf edip gezmek icin bu ulkeye gitmeyin derim. Ve hijyen acisindan cok kotu bir yer. Aşırı pisti her yer.

Stayed there one night. It was good sleep. there is a casino in the hotel. I didn't go in but I just checked. Its small with couple of games. I didn't want to order room service but there is no vending machine in the hotel. Overall it was nice and quite hotel. I also didn't go but I saw it was close to old city.

A balcony view from our room was great. Hotel is located in city center so you walk around and explore Skopje. Furniture and equipment is a bit old and that is the only thing which could be improved. Room was clean and quiet.

Otele giris yaptigimizda, eğer müsaitse nehir manzaralı bir odada kalmak istediğimizi belirttik.Ricamizi kırmadılar ve bize 416 numaralı nehir manzaralı olan odaya verdiler. Ancak, yatağın uzerindeki yorgan tek kisilikti.Ikinci bir yorgan istediğimizde getirdiler. Yatak iki kisinin çok rahat yapabilecegi genişlikte degildi ! Ama nehir manzaralı olduğu icin yatağa itiraz etmedik. Ertesi gün duş almamız gerektiğinde, YUZ,AYAK ve BANYO havlularından yalnızca 1 kisilik vardi. Neyseki, yanımızda evden yedek olarak getirdiğimiz bir havlu takimini esim kullanirken, ben de otelin havlu takimini kullandık.Otele vardigimiz ilk gece otele geçti verdigimiz icin aksam yemeğini restaurantta yiyelim dedik.Maalesef restaurantta iki kisi olmamıza rağmen servis ancak 50 dakikada yapıldı.Ilk günümüzdeki Sabah kahvaltısı ise berbattı. Otelde yeterli müşteri olmadıgı icin soluk bir ortamda, karisik bir omlet ve soğuk ekmeklerle kahvaltı ettik. Otelde servis edilen kahvenin tadı berbattı. Saniyorum ki en düşük kalitede bir kahveyi servis ediyorlar. Konakladigimiz 3. gece oda servisi ile spagetti sipariş ettik. Iki kere hatirllatiktan sonra, nihayetinde tam 2 saat sonra geldi.Banyo cop kutusunda ve odada bulunan cop kovalarınin icinde cop poşeti yoktu. cop kovalarına poşetleri kendimiz koyduk !! Odaya ilk girdiğimiz de banyo tuvaletinin uzerinde her 4-5 yildizli otelde bulunan hijyenik koşullarda temizlenmiş oldugunda hijyen bantı da göremedik. Bir daha bu otel yerine 2-3 yildizli bir otelde kalac

Good location for both business and sightseeing.

Good hospitality. The hotel is located close to the shipping center. There are a lot of restaurants nearby. The hotel staff is very helpful. The room is clean and very comfortable.

仕事、観光の拠点として便利なホテル

マケドニア広場から川沿いに歩いて3分程度のところに位置し、近くにはショッピングモールがあります。周囲にはレストランが沢山あります。朝食はホテル内のレストランでとれます。（バフェ形式） ホテルは豪華ではありませんが、安心して滞在ができます。 フロントは24時間、いつでも応対してくれます。部屋は清潔に保たれています。冷蔵庫、アイロン等があります。また、歯ブラシ、剃刀の他ソーイングキット、シャワーキャップ、石鹸、シャワージェル、シャンプー、リンス、マッサージローション等のアメニティーがあります。
