Glückstreffer!

Es war super, so unglaublich freundlich und nett ich würde gleich wieder gehen wenn ich könnte. Es ist zu Fuss ca. 5 min vom Hafen entfernt, was super ist, denn so hat man den Lärm nicht, ist aber sehr schnell dort um den Bus zu nehmen, etwas zu essen oder durch die schöne Stadt zu bummeln.

This was a great place for our stay in Skopelos. Evi and Yiannis were pleasant and accommodating, and were willing to go out of their way to make our stay great. The room had all of the amenities needed including a cooking and eating space.

Κατωτερο των προσδοκιών μας αλλά σε καλη περιοχή

Το δωμάτιο σε καμμία περίπτωση δεν αξιζε τα λεφτά του.Το πολύ 30€ κι αυτό λόγω του σημείου που βρίσκεται.Οταν φτάσαμε ειχαμε να επιλέξουμε ανάμεσα σε ένα μικρό δωμάτιο στον πάνω όροφο και ένα μεγάλο στο ισόγειο.Για λόγους ιδιωτικότητας επιλέξαμε το πρώτο καθώς δεν ειχαμε πρόβλημα με το μέγεθος του δωματίου.Είχε δυο μόνα κρεβάτια όμως ενω η κράτηση μας ήταν για διπλό κρεβάτι.Η υπεύθυνη μας είπε ότι θα μας έβαζε ανάμεσα ένα ειδικό φελιζόλ που είχαν φτιάξει για να ενώνονται τα κρεβάτια.Τις 2 πρώτες μέρες η ειδική αυτή κατασκευή ήταν μια κουβέρτα ανάμεσα στα 2 κρεβάτια.Απο την 3η μέρα αντικαταστάθηκε με το φελιζόλ αυτο(προφανώς κάποιοι άλλοι θα αποχώρησαν και το έφεραν σε εμας).Την πρώτη μέρα μπαίνουμε στο δωμάτιο και η πόρτα του μπάνιου δεν έκλεινε.Επικοινωνησαμε με την υπεύθυνη και αμεσα αντικαταστάθηκε η κλειδαριά ώστε να κλείνει η πόρτα.Η τηλεόραση επίσης δεν δούλευε καθόλου καθώς δεν είχε αποκωδικοποιητή.Οταν το καταλάβαμε πήραμε και πάλι τηλέφωνο και έβαλαν αποκωδικοποιητή.Από απόψη καθαριότητας,ενώ καθημερινά περνούσαν αυτό δεν σήμαινε ότι το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό.Ειδαμε μυρμήγκια πάνω σε έπιπλα και ιστούς αράχνης στους κοινόχρηστους χώρους.Το a/c είχε παρα πολύ σκόνη και φοβηθήκαμε για την υγιεινή των φίλτρων με αποτέλεσμα να τα καθαρίσουμε εμεις γιατι ήταν βρώμικα!Στις παροχές αναφέρονται ψευδως πιστολάκι μαλλιών,βραστηρας,σίδερο και σιδερώστρα.Συγκεκριμενα ειχαμε μόνο κουτί από πιστολάκι.Η υπεύθυνη και η οικογένεια της ήταν ολοι ευγενικοί και έκαναν ότι μπορούσαν.

Unpleasant experience - not recommended

Before we arrive in Skopelos we contacted the hotel asking if somebody could collect us from the port. They sounded very kind on the phone and keen to assist us. However, they arrived late on motorbikes and told us that the room we booked was not available. They took us on a different hotel that was disgusting and left us there. We contacted expedia to ask for support and after making contact with the hotel, they told us that there was a three-beds studio available ad they would provide this to us. When I contacted the hotel stuff to arrange the move to the other room they started shouting at me on the phone asking why I contacted expedia to complaint. During our 4-days stay we changed two studios - both very unkempt. The towels and the sheets visibly old. The shower curtain in the first room with mould - the second room did not even have a shower curtain. There was not even hand soap in the rooms. Even when it was clear that somebody had been in the room to clean, there was no visible sign or smell of cleanliness. In the photos attached it shows that they used an old rug to prevent the light coming through the door. Mrs Evi and her family were nice on the first day but since we contacted expedia they were avoiding us, not greeting us and their manners were rude - very unprofessional customer service. Wi-fi was free but most of the time was not working. Once another customer told the stuff that there was no hot water and stuff tried to convince them otherwise.

Cheap apartment in Skopelos

The room was spacius and confortable, only the bathroom was a little narrow and its furniture were not in perfect condition. The owners were very kind with us and solved a couple of little problems that arised during our stay. The building is located on a little hill about 10 minutes on foot from the port, the slope isn't very steep however it's a hill and you have to climb it to return home.

Mi aspettavo qualcosa di meglio

La prima stanza che ci hanno dato era molto piccola, il letto praticamente toccava con i mobili dell'angolo cottura ed il piatto doccia era per i puffi e senza tendina. Alla richiesta di cambiare stanza siamo stati accontentati il giorno dopo. La seconda stanza era un po' più grande ed è stata sicuramente meglio. Purtroppo il frigo non era proprio dei migliori, scarse stoviglie ed il bagno già vecchio. Non lo consiglio perché relativamente lontano dal centro di skopelos e lo si raggiungeva con una bella camminata (il ritorno è in salita) e considerando il livello non altissimo probabile che si possa trovare di meglio. Ci tengo a sottolineare la gentilezza dei gestori e la pulizia della camera.

Καθαρό δωμάτιο. Ισάξιο με την τιμή του. Η απόσταση δεν είναι μεγάλη από τηνία χώρα απλά είναι ανηφορικος ο δρόμος!!

Rent och fint hotell. Dock finns det ödlor inomhus som kryper på väggarna. Inte massvis men ett par stycken. Dem håller sig bara på väggarna men är man livrädd för ödlor så spelar det ingen roll att dem bara finns på väggarna. Lite rörigt och stressiga är personalen. Hotellet ligger längre upp i staden. Tar ca10 min från hamnen. Finns ingen pool. Wi-fi fungerar inte alla rummen. Finns ingen reception på hotellet. Man hämtas upp av dem som jobbar på hotellet vid hamnen dock gäller det att man har haft kontakt med personalen innan man anländer. Så inget att rekommendera om man bokar några dagar innan för då har tydligen personalen inte koll på att man kommer.

Proprietari molto disponibili e simpatici, l'hotel abbastanza carino purtroppo lenzuola e asciugamani non pulitissimi e le stanze un po' anguste però visto prezzo, posizione e proprietari lo consiglio!

Trevligt hotell med supertrevliga ägare!

Hotellet ligger längre från centrum än vad kartan på hotels.com visar. Hotellägarna var supertrevliga och hjälpte oss med allt ifrån bokning av skoter, tips på stränder, skjuts till färjeläget mm. Vi fick ett stort rum med balkong och litet kök vilket var toppen, AC:n funkade utmärkt och så även wi-fin.

Καθαρό-Πιο απομακρυσμένο απ' ότι στους χάρτες

Το ξενοδοχείο είναι μέσα στην πόλη αλλά πολύ πιο μακριά από το λιμάνι απ' ότι φαίνεται στο χάρτη τόσο του hotels.com όσο και του Google Maps. Το ξενοδοχείο είναι παλιό αν και του έχει γίνει ανακαίνιση στα πατώματα. Ήταν ιδιαίτερα καθαρό και η ιδιοκτήτρια πολύ ευγενική.

Trevlig familj som driver hotellet, ger tips om ön, hämtar upp oss vid hamnen när vi kom, kör ner väskorna till hamnen när vi ska åka och bra service.
