Great older place, good bones, with nice balcony rooms overlooking the ocean. Lobby needs a decorator to work with some of the cool stuff. Could be a great and inviting gathering place for piano and cocktails. Nice rooms, Good value and location.
Hotel is located just a short walk from the bus station and harbour area on the main coastal road, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.
Hotel has a calm laid back vibe suited to a relaxing holiday, had the feeling of a tradition Greek family run hotel.
The rooms at the front of the hotel are a little more traditional and a little darker, but spacious with good air conditioning and very quiet.
Breakfast was simple and plentiful with the option to eat inside or on the terrace, overlooking the pool and bay.
The pool bar was friendly and had a great music selection, and was never at an excessive volume.
Overall we loved our stay here and would definitely stay again.
Beautiful hotel with a wonderful breakfast. Staff were so polite and attentive. Thank you Aeleos for a fantastic stay. Lisa and Richard Jenkins room 15
Hotel is located in a perfect place, close to the harbour for arrival from the harbour. Also right by all the restaurants & shops, but just slightly removed so nice & peaceful.
The hotel is a great location for the town. It offers a lovely continental breakfast and the room is cleaned every day with fresh towels. The pool is quiet and there are ample sun beds for guests. Beach bar prices are the same as in the town and also offers snacks. All in all very good.
Spent one night at Aeolos. Great location close to Skopelos port and the village center. Clean, comfortable rooms with great sea view. Good breakfast. Pool was a bit small and shallow but nice otherwise.
The staff were excellent and very friendly and helpful , the room’s modern and comfortable in immaculate condition, the Breakfast was excellent, the location excellent, short flat walk to Taverna’s and amenities.
Thank you for a lovely stay we will return.
The hotel is situated less than a 10 minute stroll from the harbour, with great views across to Skopelos town. Little beach in front of hotel which was great for a sea swim.
Hotel is exceptionally clean. Very traditional in appearance, if a little dated but it made a nice change from the trend for ultra modern Mykonian white out that many Greek hotels are going for.
Staff were very friendly and approachable, from Reception to the Breakfast area.
Good choice at Breakfast: hot, cold, fresh fruit, pastries etc. Dining area never felt busy and was nice to have the outdoor terrace to sit on.
Garden view room was very spacious, clean and quiet. Yes it could do with a few minor touch ups but nothing major.
Pool area had plenty of sunbeds, we didn’t use the pool to swim but thought the pool tiles could do with a good clean.
Overall we would be happy to return to this hotel. It offers great value in a wonderful location. Just don’t expect an ‘all bells and whistles’ Four star, more a very good traditional Greek hotel.

Not 4 Star
Generally tired, 3 star at best, no Gym or day food service as advertised. Pool looked murky!
Was probably top class in the 90’s!
Rooms and public areas were well kept.

Shame but not 4 stars
The staff at this hotel are excellent. You couldn't ask for more polite or helpful staff. Breakfast is a good selection. The rooms are very tired as are the bathrooms. The shower cubicle had black mould the cubicle itself was tiny and the water would gonfrom scalding hot to freezing in the blink of a eye, and in a cubicle so small you cant get out of the way of the scalding water. The photos of the pool make it look very large but in reality it wasn't and it was rather tired looking and if everyone in the hotel wanted to sit by the pool there aren't enough loungers or chairs. We didnt use the pool once because of this.
Our stay at Aeolos Hotel was quite disappointing due to several issues. We were unexpectedly charged over €40 in city fees for a 6-night stay, despite being informed that the total would be only €15, payable at the property. Additionally, the hotel falsely advertised having a gym, which did not exist.
There was no iron available as advertised, and the toiletries consisted of two questionable tiny bottles of shampoo/body wash that were not replaced daily. The swimming pool was in appalling condition, with rusty metal bar holders and a very rough concrete floor and walls (instead of tiles or vinyl), albeit a suitable option if you’re after a foot or body scrub.
To make matters worse, the reception staff seemed annoyed every time we requested a pool towel.
On a positive note, Nick, the pool bartender, and the breakfast waitress were friendly and attentive. The location is well situated. However, given the price, current condition, and level of customer service, this is a 3-star hotel at best.
The bathrooms need some updating and our AC unit was not cooling down our room…. I think the property has potential to do better since they are dealing with an international clientele
