A charming, end-terrace cottage on the owner's working farm, near Skipton, sleeping six people in three bedrooms. Please note This property requires a minimum stay of 3 nights with check in on either a Monday and Friday.



The Space:

Katy's Cottage is a stone-built, country cottage, forming part of a group of four holiday properties on the owner's working livestock farm, a few miles from Skipton in the Yorkshire Dales. With three bedrooms, each with TVs and en-suite facilities, up to six people can stay. There's also a ground floor basin and WC, a kitchen with dining area and a sun room and there is a sitting room with an open fire. Outside, there is a front, enclosed private patio garden with furniture and BBQ along with a shared clubhouse with pool table, darts, toilets and two showers. Katy's Cottage is a delightful holiday home for a Yorkshire break, with walks from the door. Please note: From January 2026 check in will now be on a Friday, please contact Sykes with any questions. On Saturday, 6th June 2026, there will be a wedding reception taking place in the amenity building behind the property. Please note: on 06/06/26, there will be a wedding taking place behind the property.

Skipton is known as The Gateway to the Dales. The town is home to a high street with lively market, many tea rooms and an ancient castle, plus canal trips can be enjoyed or visit Embsay Steam Railway, which is just one mile away.
