"Perfect place to stay in Ashland. It’s a nice historic hotel in a great location."

"Upon check-in, the lady at the front desk was dealing with another gentleman you said he had to go get his glasses to sign the paperwork. He went outside for like 25 minutes and I waited on the couch no welcoming no hello I wasn’t even really sure what was going on. He came back his paperwork and still just sat there waiting like I was just trying to look pretty. I went up to the desk and was like can I check in?"

"Meager breakfast. No juice. Also, ice machine broken."

"The room was not adequately cleaned. There was an old coffee pod in the machine, the sink was not clean and the shampoo had been opened. The fridge was not working correcrly"
