"Stay was good overall. Had some issues with breakfast as the one day we had a tour with an early (8:45) meeting time but could not get breakfast before 9. Also had trouble with having towels replaced. But the hotel was beautiful and an overall good stay. The steps were daunting but the moment we arrived someone was down to help us with luggage which was impressive."
