"We were made to feel very welcome on our arrival at this small family run hotel. Our balcony room had an amazing view over the bay. The pool, although a bit chilly at this time of year, was an added bonus for a town hotel. The hotel was extremely well managed and clean and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast buffet had a good choice of food. It is true that it would not be suitable for people with mobility issues as there are a lot of steps in the hotel and certainly a challenging walk up the hill to reach the hotel from the town or bus stop. But you can easily walk into the main town in 10-15 minutes or Megali Ammos beach, with its beach bars and restaurants. And you do get used to the climb!! There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets close by. The hotel served both the usual snack food and home cooked delicious Thai food."

"I really do not recommend this particular Hotel. There was nothing but lies on the advertisement. They had stated that there was a bar, there was no bar. They stated that there was breakfast available, no breakfast available. They also stated that there was shuttle service available, I asked no shuttle service. The room was fabulous the place not so much. The man was very discriminatory and disrespectful. I won’t even go into the beach because those pictures are not true either. I want to say the only good thing about this place was the room and the view."

"Amazing stay! Highly recommend, it is very close to the port and is a 5 minute walk from the bus station. It is super clean and well maintained. The staff are very helpful and offer great suggestions for food, activities, beaches, shopping and more! I stayed here as a solo female traveller and felt very safe."

"This is a small hotel just outside town. It is possible to walk from the port in around 30 minutes. There is a short but quite steep hill at the end to get to the hotel. We had a deluxe double room. It was very spacious and clean, with modern bathroom. It had a large balcony with amazing views of the bay. This was the main reason for booking this hotel and it didn’t disappoint us. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the whole place had a great, relaxed feel. All the guests chatted to each other. The only negative was the hot elements to the breakfast were cold. There was a good choice for the breakfast though. Overall, excellent value and amazing views and staff and we would stay again."

"I had a lovely short break, the room was clean & well equipped. The accommodation is up quite a steep slope - good exercise! Great view from the balcony, close enough to walk into town at night & very near bus stops to explore the villages along the coast. I only had a backpack so opted to walk to & from the airport."

"Great location, close to the beach (though up a steep hill) with frequent buses. Katerina was lovely and kept our room spotless. I’m sure this property was very lovely in the past, but it now feels tired and misleading compared to the photos. Sea view was limited, outside looked unwelcoming, and the room had several issues: broken drawer, faulty taps, balcony door hard to lock, bedroom door wouldn’t shut, and very uncomfortable pillows. WiFi was unreliable. Check-in and airport transfer were confusing and poorly communicated – we had no response from the property or Expedia beforehand, which made for a stressful arrival. Overall, this was a disappointing experience. The location and cleaning were positives, but the property is run down and poorly managed. Sadly, a 2-star stay for us."
